chapter 7

Friday 5:00AM

I wake up again but this time to my alarm. I don't hear mom and Cole fighting so that's a good sign. I take a shower, get dressed, and make my way down stairs.

"Morning mom," I say getting a glass of water.

"Morning sweetheart, I'm sorry me and your brother woke you up again last night. You know how he can get sometimes." I just nod and wash my morning apple.

"Hey mom, you know that thing at the mayor's house?" Stupid question.

She give a slight laugh, "yes, what about it?" Good it seems she is in a good mood.

"Well, ummm, you see, theirs a boy who kinda wants me to go with him and I wanted to make sure you were okay with it." I can't read her fave expression so this can go anyway possible.

"Who the boy?" That's all I get?

"Victor Blake, his son" she doesn't say anything for awhile she just stairs at me.

"Fine, but you are leaving and going with me and your brother." I don't know if I'm excited or scared she said yes. "Can you feed Max please before you leave?" I just nod as I continue eating my apple.

Friday 7:00am:

Cole and I pull into school and I see victor and Mason walking inside.

I'm waring my black and gray stripped sweatshirt and make my way to find Victor. I find him alone at his locker.

"Hey," ugh I hate starting the conversation with someone I'm not used to.

"Hey," he smiles, shuts his locker, and leans against it. Its kinda cute because he's trying to be cool. It makes me blush.

"I'm sorry I didn't text you last night. My mom came home late so had to ask this morning." I try to look down to avoid too much eye contact but I doesn't work.

"Yeah, I figured it was something like that. So, what did she say?"oh, right I have to tell him that part too.

"She said that its fine, but she is driving and taking me home." I've never noticed how beautiful his eye were.

"Okay, cool. See you later then." He touches my arm and walks away. I stop and stair for a moment, but quickly gety shit together and go to class.

That's when I get another headache. It stops me in my track. I need to find Cole.

I look to see how much time I had left before class starts, 6 minutes. I try to think what class he has first but it truly hurts, way more then yesterday. Math, he has math with Mr.Kelly. I walk as fast as I can to the room. I see him.

"Cole," I call to him as he was sitting talking to a girl. He looks at me then her, he says something to her I didn't hear, than walks to me. Id ask who she was if my head wasn't killing me.

"Hey, what's wrong?" He looks at my hand on my head then he understands. He doesn't leg me say anything. "Hey, Mr. Kelly, my little sister forgot her textbook my my car and the office probably won't let her go get it by herself cause she's a freshman. Do you mind?"

Mr.Kelly looks at cle then me then back at Cole and nods. "Go ahead."

"Thank you" I say as cole basicly run down the hallway. He takes one of my notebook and tells me to go to class, so I do.

With my head hurting like a bitch, put my head down till class starts. About a minute after it dose there is a knock on the door, its Cole. Thank God.

"I'm am so sorry am sister forgot her notebook in my car." He hands it to me and in the spiroll part is the pill.

"Thank you." I say and try to hide the pill in my hand. Without exposing it I casual take it and within the next 10 minutes I was fine, and stayed dine for the rest of the day.
