Madeline P.O.V
"Madeline, what are you doing here?" White ask. He's my best friend. Alice's son.
"Wasting time." I say picking up one if the pink flowers. He groans and pinches the bridge of his nose.
"Let's go. The new kids are here already. You missed them arrive." he says. I just shrug and hand him my hand. He takes it and drags me along with him.
"Now go. I've already met them." he scolds. He shoves me. I fall right into someone's arms.
I open my eyes and look at who caught me.
"Are you okay?" he ask. I just nod.
"Would you mind getting up?" he ask. I notice the position were in. Hes holding me. I do a back flip out his arms.
"That's Madeline Hatter. The Mad Hatters daughter." Ben says.
"We call her Mad." Audrey says giggling. I just glare at her.
"You are?" I say to the boy that caught me.
"Im Carlos. That's Jay, Evie and Mal." he says pointing to all his friends. They must be the VK's.
"Nice to meet you." I shake his hand.
"I like your hat." Evie says.
"Thank you. My dad got it for me." she nods.
"Well its almost tea time. I must be off." I say before walking away.
Carlos P.O.V
"That was one odd girl." I tell Jay once we're in our dorm.
"I know and what was with her makeup. I mean does she even know how to do it?" Evie says walking into our room.
"I think she's interesting." Jay say. I shrug. We start our plan on how to get the wand. We hear a loud scream from a room.
"Come on. Let's check it out." Mal suggest.
We knock on the door. Night answer. I open it. There lies Madeline on the ground unconscious. Her roommate is standing on her bed.
"What happened?" I ask. The girl points. A white sword is next to Madeline. Jay tries to take it. Madeline instantly wakes up and grabs his hand. We all jump back.
Madeline P.O.V
Im so dumb and crazy. Im never supposed take this sword out. I jump up and put it in the case. Im receiving odd glances from everyone
"So sorry for disturbing you. I don't know why I was so stupid to think it was me."
"Typical.. Mad your always stupid and crazy." my roommate says. I just look down.
"I think she's cool." Carlos said. Defending me.
"Yeah. You can hang out with us anytime." Jay says. They're so kind maybe its one of them. I give them a hug.
"Thank you."
