Madeline P.O.V
"Hey. What are you guys doing in here?" I say. All the VK's are making food. It's like eleven at night.
"Making cookies." Evie answers.
"Cool." I dip my finger in the bowl to try it. Taste good.
"Do you umm feel different?" Mal ask.
"Hey." Jay says. Flirting with me. I crinkle my nose.
"Hi. Are you okay?" I ask.
"Oh thank god." Carlos says.
"Your cookies need something. Chocolate and Marshmallows." I say. I pick up both bags. I dump some in.
"Woah, woah." Mal says. I shrug and offer some to her. She takes one of each and looks like she just feel and love.
"These are amazing. They are taste awesome." she moans. Everyone else takes some.
"So I know the deal with us. But what about you?" Mal ask. I am very touchy about my past. White always sticks up for me. Hes like my brother.
"Well my father is the Mad Hatter. My mother is the Queen of Hearts. I had to earn my way here. I don't have a lot of friends. Always the odd one out. I was raised in wonderland. I am the keeper of then white sword. That's about it"
"Your the daughter if the Queen of Hearts?" Evie ask. I nod.
"They had a little fling. I was a accident. I visited a couple times. I met you guys once or twice." I know they don't remember me. That's okay. But I couldn't forget them. Especially Carlos. I liked him alot. I didn't even notice I started to cry. Mal took the tear if my face. After that I left.
Carlos P.O.V
I knew I remembered her from somewhere. I just knew it. I lay awake thinking about it. Than I hear crying and yelling. Then a door slam. I get out of my bed and head to the door that slammed. This is Madeline's room. I open the door to see her crying on the floor.
"Madeline are you okay?" she shakes her head. I hug her. She sobs violently into my shoulder. After a while she stops. Her sobs turn to little hiccups. Her pale face is super red. I turn to leave but a gentle tug in my wrist stops me.
"Please stay." Madeline whispers. I nod and lay down with her. My arm around her waist and her face in my chest. We shortly fall asleep after.
