Carlos P.O.V

I reach for her as she falls but its no use. I run down the waterfall. I dive into the water and look around. I see her floating with blood coming out her head. I pull hit out. Mal and Ben come out if no where and help me. Ben does CPR.
"Im so sorry this is all my fault." Mal tells me.
"What do you mean?" I ask confused.
"We saw you guys. It was supposed to be a prank. I didn't know the horse would go wild." she explains. I just shake my head.
Madeline reaches up gasping for air and spitting out water. Before we could ask her any questions she fall unconscious.
I carry her and run to the infirmary. With Mal and Ben trailing behind me. I get a couple of weird glances but, I ignore them. I bring her into the room and lay her down in a table.

A few hours later

"You did this." White says as he storms threw the door. I stand up as I see him so does Ben.
"I told her not to trust you. I told her to leave you alone. But did she listen to me. Noooo" he rambles.
"Listen, it wasn't even my fault." I defend myself.
"It wasn't. It was mine and Mal." Ben jumps in.
"Stay out of this." he tells Ben. White jabs his finger at me "I swear on my life. If you go near her you won't make it to the next day. I will end you. I don't want her hurt and I don't like you. Your gonna stay away from her."

"You can get expelled for everything your saying. I hope you know." Ben jumps in again. White laughs humorlessly.
"That's the thing. If he goes near her I'll get myself suspended. Than I'll have to go back to wonderland. But that's not the best part. You see she doesn't know but, if I she goes too. So as I said. You go near  her. You'll never see her again."

I sigh and sit down. There's literally  nothing I can do.

Two days later

She finally woke up. Its me, White, Ben, Lonnie, Jane, Jay, Aqua, Evie, Doug and Mal. We rush into the room.
"Two at a time please." Me and White give first. As soon as we walk in Madeline rushes to give White a hug.
"What happened to me?" she ask.
"You don't remember?" she shakes her head.
"What's the last thing you remember?" White ask.
"My third day if school. Everything after is a blur. Who are you?" she asked pointing at me. White glares at me
"Umm...... My friends are outside. So umm. Bye." I rush out the room my fist clenched.
"What's wrong Carlos?" Jane ask in a soft voice ask. I don't answer. I punch the wall leaving a dent in it.
"Woah, you okay?" Evie ask with concern.
"She doesn't remember me." I say.
"Than remind her stupid." Lonnie says.
"Im not allowed to." I say as White walks into the room.
"Get out your to close." he instructs me.
"You can't just order him like a dog.". Aqua defends me.
"Its fine guys. I have to." I say.
"What? Why?" Doug ask.
"I just do. But before I go." I punch White in the nose before walking out.
