"Kiba! Shut up!" Hinata snapped. He'd been teasing her about naruto more than usual today. Shino stayed home sick and they were on their way to bring him some home made soup.
"No!" Kiba grumbled, Hinata rolled her eyes and shook her head.
"So what if I'm in love with him? It's not like it even matters! Do I look like Sakura to you? Just cut it out, I'm serious!" Hinata warned. Kiba frowned and pinned her up against a wall.
"So what? Who likes Sakura anyways? Hinata, you're you!" He encouraged.
"Get off of me!" She blushed and tried shoving him away. "Please stop! You're gonna spill the soup!" She whined.
"No not 'til you listen!" Kiba shouted. Unfortunately, for team 8, Naruto was on his way back from the ramen shop.
"Hinata! Quit squirming! I'm tryna have a heart to heart here!" Kiba groaned.
"No! The soup is getting cold!" She whined.
"Kiba? Hey what's-" naruto stopped, his eyes widening.
"Hey naruto, not now we're talking about how Hinata needs to confess her love." Kiba waved.
"No I don't!" Hinata hissed.
"Hey get off her! If she doesn't like you, you can't force her!" Naruto shoved Kiba away from Hinata and turned to her, making Hinata turn pink.
"No... no Kiba wasn't- I mean, Kiba meant someone else." Hinata explained. Naruto tilted his head.
"Shino?" He pestered.
"What? No!" She flustered.
"Sasuke?" Naruto scoffed.
"Of course not!" Hinata assured.
"Neji... well I mean... I guess he'd be like your designated-" Naruto began.
"I don't have to. No." She answered.
"I'll go take the soup to Shino." Kiba grabbed the pot and took off.
"Akamaru?" Naruto questioned.
"No! Gross!" Hinata cried.
"Lee? Shikamaru? Chouji?" Naruto continued. Hinata sighed and shoved him away.
"No, Naruto. Just stop." She sighed.
"... Kakashi?" Naruto questioned.
"NO, N-O!" She shrieked, moving past him.
"No I'm sorry! I'm just messing with you!" Naruto grabbed her wrists and pulled her into a hug.
"I've never seen you that mad! You've got a real fire in you." Naruto complimented.
"Y-you know?" She whispered in awe.
"Ya, could you be anymore obvious?" Naruto laughed, holding her tighter.
"W-well how do you feel?" She whispered, enjoying his embrace.
"I mean Sai is pretty weird, but if you like him, you like him." Naruto shrugged.
"You idiot! It's you!" Hinata shoved him away, storming off.
"No! Wait! I'm sorry! I know I love you too! Come back!" Naruto chased after her.
