Zoe's POV I woke up i had sleeped in i got up and i put on a black T shirt with my dime cutoff shorts and i put on my white converses then i put my hair up in a missy bun.

After I was dressed i got out of the tent i felt a little sick i walked over to Lori and we went to help Carol with the laundry.
"Morning" Lori said
"Good morning" Carol said I waved and started getting clothes to hang
"I can't believe I slept in" Lori said
"I know you usually wake me up when you do" I said to her
"You guys must have needed it are yall feeling all right" i avoided the question so did Lori
"Next time wake me all right especially on laundry day" Lori told her
"Me to Carol" i said
"I can manage i had an idea I wanted to run by you Lori" she said
"What's that" Lori asked
"That big kitchen of theirs got me thinking i wouldn't mind cooking in a real kitchen again maybe we all pitch in and cook dinner for Hershel and his family tonight kind of looking for things to keep my mind occupied" Carol said
"After everything they've done for us seems like the least we could do" Lori told her
"You mind extending the invitation would just feel more right coming from you" Carol said
"How so" Lori asked confused
"You're Rick's wife it sort of makes you our unofficial first lady" Carol told her
Rick came and told everyone what to do they are still looking for Sophia I miss her i miss her little smile her laugh i know Carol misses her to some of them went to look for her including Daryl i worry about him every time he gos out scared i won't see him again. Mike found me and grabed my arm and walked me away from everyone.
"What did the test say" he asked and let me go i didnt answer him
"Zoe are you pregnant yes or no" he said looking at me
"Yes like it's any of your business anyway" i said and walked away
I seen Glenn go up to Lori so I followed to
"Mind your own business Glenn" Lori said as I walked up he looked at me
"Y'all are pregnant" he asked looking from me to her then Lori looked at me and i looked at her
"You can't tell anybody okay you either Zoe" she said looking at me
"As long as you don't" i said looking at her she nodded and we saw Rick and Shane walking up the road
"You haven't told him yet and you i bet you ant told Daryl yet" Glenn said but he left and i did to when Shane and Rick walked up
I begged Glenn not to say anything he said he wouldn't and i trusted him not to about an hour and a half Lori came and got me said that we are going to go prepare dinner. It felt good being in a kitchen again i missed it i miss my bed my own apartment my job.
"I never thought I'd be so happy to see a potato" Carol said smiling
"I'm just glad we're not roasting squirrels over a fire in the woods thank you Patricia so much for letting us into your house" Lori said
We counted to cook i was ready for a good mail and i want some chocolate really bad I might make a cake from scratch my mom did teach me to do it. We hurd a gun shot and we all ran out and i could thank about was Daryl and i didnt tell him I'm pregnant.
"What on earth's going on out here" Hershel yelled
Andrea and Dale ran our and i saw Rick and Shane holding some one up it was Daryl oh no.
"Daryl oh god no Daryl" i screamed Mike grabed me by the arms i guess so he wouldn't hurt the baby
They brought him up and i couldnt stop crying they took him in a room i waited till they were done talking i have to tell him today. Shane and Rick came out and Rick nodded for me to go in i went in and Hershel was still in there i waited till he stitched him up Hershel finshed and he left shutting the door behind him.
I went over and grabed his hand and i had tears in my eyes.
"Hey I'm ok I'm still hear" he said wiping a tear that had fell
"I know its just i almost lost you" i said
"I'm not going anywhere I'm not leaving you Zo" he said
"I got to tell you something and i didnt know how to tell you" i said to him
"Well what is it then"
"Daryl i still love you i always have and i always well no matter what" i said looking at him it was quite a minute then he spoke
"I love you to Zo" he said and kissed me it was a loving kiss he pulled back
"That's not all I wanted to tell you Daryl I'm pregnant" I said he just looked at me and there was a knock at the door and Carol came in.
"How are you feeling" she asked she looked at me and smiled he was in shock but still answerd
"As good as I look" he said
"I brought you both some dinner you must be starving" she said and handed me the tray she was about to leave but stopped
"You need to know something you did more for my little girl today than her own daddy ever did in his whole life" she said looking at him
"I didn't do anything Rick or Shane wouldn't have done" he said
"I know you're every bit as good as them every bit" she said and left
I gave Daryl he's plate and i got mine we both ate in silence and i took the dishes back to the kitchen and went back to Daryl.
"Are you sure" he asked me
"Yeah i took a test last night" i said
"Best you sleep outside with the others for now I need some time to thank" he said
"Fine I'll see you in the morning love you" I said he nodded
I teared up but I tryed to keep him from seeing but he did anyway I walked out and shut the door and went to Daryl's tent i changed and I got under the covers and just cryed.
