A couple days later
I was currently standing in front of the place most people call school. It is my first day back since my mental break down, and I was not looking forward to it.
"Hello darling, ready?" Maya asks grabbing my hand lightly.
She's been so supportive ever since she found out about Luke and I. She's been even sweeter with me also since Ashton has been helping Luke out in class. Luke isn't able to fire Ashton since he does not actually have a solid reason she should.
Besides giving his baby girl a mental break down
I push the thought out of my head before I nod, looking into Maya's eyes with a childish grin.
"I'm ready" I say in a soft tone

Walking into school was a little tough. People were looking at me like I am insane.
You're insane for loving your teacher
I shake the thought out of my head before turning towards my locker. Maya had to go to her locker so she left me by myself.
"Kate can we talk?" I hear a familiar voice say.
I turn around to see the one and only Calum hood. Tears threaten to spill my eyes as I look at him.
I'm guessing he sensed me about to cry and he pulled me into a hug.
"I-I was drunk-k and I never meant to hurt you" he says stuttering. Was he about to cry?
He really cares about you
"what do you need Calum?" I ask softly turning to look at him.
"I want a second chance, I swear I was drunk and it didn't mean anything" he says placing his hand on my cheek.
A tear goes down my cheek as I make eye contact with him. I really did care about him, a second chance wouldn't hurt right?
What about your fücking teacher
You mean the married one?
My thoughts battle with each other as I try to make a decision.
"We have to be friends first.. I'm not taking you back so easily" I say softly. I needed some sort of pride and I didn't want people to think he steps all over me.
I need to talk to Luke
You mean daddy?
