Chapter 4

[Taehyung's P.O.V]

"Why are you so upset?" Mom asked me. "How could I not be upset? Why are you sending her to my school?!" I responded, angrily.

"Well, she has to go to school, Kim Taehyung, and the school is a 10-15 minute walking distance, so why not?" Mom replied.

I'm fucking upset! I don't want to go to school with that girl! It will be embarrassing!

"Taehyung, hurry up and get in the car!" Mom said to me. I was walking behind slowly while stumping my feet because of how angry I was. I then got to the car and just stood beside it.

I wanted to make my mother angry because of how angry she made me. "Kim Taehyung, get in this car right now!" She shouted at me. I then got inside of the car and slammed the car door extremely hard, frightening mom and Angel.

My mom then looked at me angrily and didn't say a word.

"Angel, I'm going back to work tomorrow, and I won't be home until 12:00 am. Will you be okay?" Mom said to Angel.

Angel then nodded her head to signal mom, yes through the mirror. Ugh, what a creep. Why won't she talk?

"Angel?" My mom called out as we stopped at a red light. "Taehyung, check on her. Is she sleep?" Mom said.

"Ugh, I guess." I responded.

"Taehyung, what is wrong with you today? What's with this attitude?" Mom suddenly said to me as she looked at me through the mirror. "How could you ask me that?" I replied, super angry.

Why is mom acting as if she doesn't know what she did? It pisses me off!

"Are you mad because of Angel?" She then asked me in a highly frustrated voice. "Yes! How could you do this? I already told you that I didn't want another sibling, and what makes it even worse is that you adopted a girl!"

"She doesn't even speak!"

"Ah, Taehyung, you just have to give her a chance she's only been here for a-" I cut mother off as she was talking because I was furious.

"No! I won't! I won't give her a chance!" I yelled in anger at my mom.

After I yelled, my mom and I got quiet. There was a few minutes of silence in the car as we rode towards home. "Taehyung, what do you wanna eat? Tell me while we're still on the road before we reach home."

"Anything." I responded. We then went through the pick up line at panda express. "Taehyung, wake up Angel and ask her what she wants off of the menu." Mom said.

Pshhh. Like I was doing that without putting up a fight. "Why can't you wake her up?" I asked knowing how my mother would respond. "Taehyung, I'm too tired to fuss with you. Just wake her up so we can order and go home."

I actually didn't want to fight anymore either. Angel then wakes up as she hears me and mother talking. "Ah, Angel. You're up?" My mother asked. Angel then nodded her head, yes.

"What do you want off of this menu?" Mother then asked Angel. Angel just sat there staring at mom without any reaction and then she shook her head, no.

Why is she just shaking her head no? She doesn't wanna eat here or something? What is it?

"You don't like panda express? Mom asked Angel. Angel shook her head, no. "Well, what would you like to eat?" Mother asked Angel with a smile on her face.

Angel just shook her head no again. It was quite annoying of her not to answer.

"Ungrateful." I said loud enough for Angel and mom to hear. "Kim Taehyung!" Mom then shouted at me. "Angel, just ignore him." Mom then said to Angel.

"Now why don't you want anything to eat here, honey?" Mom asked Angel all sweetly.

"Because, I'm vegan." Angle suddenly said.

[Angel's P.O.V]

I had to muster up so much courage to tell Mrs.Kim that I was a vegan. I didn't want her to think that I was ungrateful. I'm very grateful to her for excepting me.

"Oh, Ooh." Mrs.Kim responded shocked at the fact that I finally talked. "Well, what kind of vegan stuff do you like to eat?" Mrs.Kim then asked to see if I would talk again.

I just stared at her for a while, and then I decided to respond.

"Vegetables and fruit." I responded softly and then went back into silence. "Ohh, we have alot of that at home." Mrs.Kim responded in a excited tone.

I guess she was very happy to hear me talk, but she won't be hearing that so often. I just want her to know that I am very grateful.

We finally arrive at 'home' and Mrs.Kim tells us to wash our hands and sit down at the table to eat. She wouldn't allow Taehyung to eat in the car. She doesn't want a mess inside of it.

"Okay, Angel, we have pineapples and strawberries and grapes and bananas. Is that fine with you?" Mrs.Kim said to me. I then nodded my head, yes.

"Mom, I'm gonna go to my room and eat." Taehyung said to Mrs.Kim. "No you're not, now come and sit down at the table."

"Ugh." Taehyung responded like he was disgusted.

Taehyung then sat down at the table and moved his chair as far away from me as he could. Mrs.kim noticed it too but she didn't want to make it worse by saying something. Mrs.Kim bought me over a full plate of fruit.

Mrs.Kim and Taehyung are new to me, so I didn't feel comfortable eating infront of them. I was also very lost in my thoughts that I could barely eat. I ate only about three small bites of fruit and then just sat without moving.

"Angel are you okay?" Mrs.Kim asked after she realized that I wasn't eating. I shook my head yes while looking to the floor.

"Are you sure?" Mrs.Kim said to me. I then looked at her and shook my head yes, so she would understand.

"Are you not hungry?" Mrs.Kim then proceeded to ask me. I shook my head no, in response. "But I haven't seen you eat anything, even when we were on the plane."

I just sat there quietly after she said that. She didn't want to make me feel bad by asking so many questions after the first few, so she stayed quiet while she ate her food.

Mrs.Kim and Taehyung finally finished they're food and we got up from the table.

"Okay kids, I have to go and get ready for work tomorrow. Angel, I put some towels and everything else that you need in your bath room for when you get ready to take a shower. Goodnight." Mrs.Kim then said as she walked off to her room leaving me and Taehyung alone in the dining room.

I felt so weird being in the dining room with him. I could feel the tension between us and it was very hard to handle. Taehyung suddenly looked at me angrily, and walked off without saying anything.

I followed behind him to get to my room. He then looked at me confused at the fact that I was walking up the stairs behind him. "Why is she coming up stairs?" He said to himself, but I heard him.

As we got up stairs he stopped infront of his room to see what I was doing. I then went in my room and shut the door without looking back, and all of a sudden...........
