A New Start

"How would I get there?" I asked curiously.

"She bought you a plane ticket.. So you kinda either way have to go at least for a week.." She said.

"That's okay, I wanna go. Maybe I can get away from everything and make new friends." I said hopeful.

"Well go pack your bags, you're leaving tomorrow at 3." she said eagerly.

I went up the stairs and got out as many packing bags I could, since I'd be gone for 3 months. I packed ALL of my clothes. Whenever I pack I make sure I bring everything I need. I packed deodorant, my perfume collection, and all my face and body washes. I put my iPhone 4S charger. I packed all my hair products and straightener and wand.

2 hours later and I was finally done packing. I went downstairs to look for my mom. No surprise, she's sleeping. My moms so lame. I laugh and walked to the front room. I turned on the tv to put on a movie, I finally decided on watching 21 Jump Street.

At the end of the movie I got a text from Audrey.

'Hey! :)'

I replied.

'Hi!"

'So are you gonna be okay when I'm gone?' She responded.

'Actually, I'm going to Alabama for the summer! I can't wait, I'm gonna try to make friends there. But I gtg I have to wake up early! Bye! (:'

I turned off the tv and went into my room and took a shower. I put on my pajamas and went to sleep, wondering how Alabama would be.

I woke up at about 10 and went downstairs to eat some breakfast. I made a bagel and went into my moms room to see if she was working today. To my surprise she was actually home.

"Hi mom." I said quietly, seeing if she's awake.

"Oh, hi Nicole!" She said turning around and getting off her bed.

"I'm making some bagels, you want one?" I asked curiously.

"Sure, thank you." she said smiling at me.

I walked back into the kitchen and put in 2 bagels in the toaster and got out some strawberry cream cheese.

I heard my phone vibrate, I went into the front room where I left it last night.

'Are you ready for a fun summer? (:'

'Hahaha with you? It won't be fun (; haha but yeah I am' my aunt and I always joke around, I hit send.

'Okay I'll see you later !'

I walked back into the kitchen just as the bagels popped out of the toaster, I put on the cream cheese and gave one to my mom and ate mine.

After I finished eating I decided to take a walk since I still had some time left.

I walked to the park. I went onto the swings and just thought, I was hoping I could get away from all the drama that happens to me for once. I swung on the swing for a while and then decided to walk home.

It was now 12 and I was really bored so I took a long shower and changed into white skinny jeans with a hot pink top and black vans.

I took my curling wand out of my suitcase and curled my hair. I put a little pink bow to top it off.

It was now 2 o'clock and I decided to start getting all my stuff downstairs and into the car.

"Mom, can you help me get everything into the car?" I asked struggling with 3 bags.
