Memories of Us (a Matthew Sherrill fanfic)

The mall

I woke up in the morning and almost everyone was out of the fort, except me & Jorden, who was still sleeping. I stepped out of the fort and went to the kitchen where they were all making breakfast.

Matthew walked up to me and kissed my cheek.

"Morning beautiful" he said and went back to making breakfast. I smiled and started walking towards the bathroom.

I looked in the mirror and cringed. My hair was all over the place. I grabbed my brush out of the bag and brushed out all the knots in my hair.

I changed into some high waisted white shorts an a light blue top. I walked out and picked up a plate of pancakes.

"So what do you guys wanna do today?" Jake asks sitting down next to Alyssa kissing her, awwe.

"Well actually I have to go home because the whole reason I came here was because of my aunt." I said texting her.

"I have to go home too. It's my little brothers birthday.." Alyssa said looking at her phone.

"Well wanna walk home together now?" I asked Alyssa as I got up.

I walked to the door, waiting for Alyssa to get her stuff and Matthew came by me.

"So, wanna go on that date tomorrow?" He asked smirking.

"Ummmm... We had a date?" I asked pretending to forget as his face dropped.

"I'm kidding! Yeah tomorrow's fine." I said and he smiled as Alyssa came.

We waved bye to everyone and walked home.

About 10 minutes later. I was walking by myself and within 5 minutes I was at my aunts house.

"Hey!" My aunt said hugging me.

"So what are we gonna do today?" I asked curiously.

"Well I was thinking we could go to the mall and go shopping!" She said smiling. My aunt's only 28 so she's still fun.

"Sure, I'll go get my money!" I said turning around as my aunt grabbed my arm.

"No! I'm paying, you save that money." I tried to object but she just rushed me to the car.

We arrived at the mall about 20 minutes later. I walked up to Aeropostale and went inside.

I bought a cute pair of shorts and a baby blue bathing suit.

We shopped for about an hour and I felt my stomach rumble.

"Let's go eat!" my aunt said reading my thoughts.

I stopped at subway and got a footlong.

I sat down and I noticed some girl looking at me with a dirty look.

As I made eye contact she stood up and came by me, with her group of friends.

"Stay away from Matthew!" She said and glared at me.

"Excuse me?" I asked confused.

She showed me a picture on Instagram of me with a long paragraph about how amazing I am, I looked at who wrote it & it was Matthew.

"Don't even think about dating him. You're just an ugly whore. Got it?" She said storming away with her friends.

I came here to get away from all the bullying, not get bullied more.

As my aunt approached she saw my eyes watering.

"Are you okay?" She said coming by me.

"Can we go home?" I said picking up my food, walking out. As I walked out I heard the girls laughing.

I got into the car and put my headphones in, ignoring the world.

When we got to the house I grabbed my bags and went up to my room.

As soon as I got up there I went on Instagram to see the picture again.

I looked at the comments and they mostly were hate.

'She's ugly'

'You could do so much better'

'Wow, I can't believe how blind you are rn'

I threw my phone and started crying.

We're not even dating and they're hating on me!

I don't know if I can go on this date...

I don't know if I should continue this fanfic or not..
