I was running, hard, my heart was pounding ferociously in my ears.
"Dean!" It was Benny's voice. Purgatory? How the fuck did I get back to purgatory?? I turned and spun in circles..
"Benny!" I yelled, cupping my hands around my mouth.
Silence.

"Dean!" Trevor was in my face, practically in my lap.
"Ugh." I groaned. "We definitely better be in freaking Tokyo." Still shielding my eyes with my arm.
"Dude, seriously, it's absolutely amazing! This view, Dean, it's spectacular." Sam's eyes were round as dinner plates. I chuckled, and waited for the cue to get off the plane.
Trevor hefted his suitcase strap across his shoulders like I'd seen Sam do a million times with his laptop bag. I gave a small half smile and ruffled his hair.
"First things first," we bounced off the plane and walked into the airport, "hotel. We gotta set up shop, settle in and get to work creating a database about these creepy dead kids." I shuddered.
"Shouldn't be too hard. You've done it a million times..just now we're in Japan." Trevor shrugged.
I shot him a sideways glance, "wait till the real action starts and get back to me on your enthusiasm."
We got a rental car from the airport and picked out a fairly cheap, moderately decent hotel. It was still low-key, and slightly run down. Sam started unpacking his laptop and notebooks so he could write down the key information. Trevor was elaborating more into the Japanese language, because for some strange reason Crowley forced his son to be trilingual, making him learn all the languages. Japanese was apparently Trevor's favorite. I just stood off to the sides, asking questions, looking gorgeous as always. I'd occasionally walk by the mirrors in the room; shoot myself a wink.
"So when do we actually go to the elementary school?" Trevor asked me while bouncing on the balls of his feet.
I looked at Sam, "you got the charm chant and instructions memorized?"
"Yep, all set."
"Then we rest up a little and head out first thing in the morning."
"Sounds good to me. Says here that the first death was apparently the elementary school's nurse, it was ruled as an accident. It sounds weird; the principal's statement is throwing me off. The way it's worded sounds like he might have been there when it happened. And then, after that a little girl was apparently pronounced 'abducted'; her body was never found." Sam leaned closer to his laptop, "oh my god..and 4 students were murdered in the basement of the school, found with the killer. He was one of the teachers. When the cops found them, the kids were all bloody messes. All their tongues were cut out. Aside from that, they each had over twenty stab wounds to the chest...holy shit."
"Okay, you gotta stop reading that or I won't get to sleep." I rubbed my hands over my face. "Man, gotta love the family business."
And with that we fell asleep; Sam and I shared a bed, Trevor got his own. I didn't dream of Benny or purgatory. This time I dreamt about the death of my father, John Winchester.

We woke around nine that morning and had three backpacks a piece to pack accordingly. We went to a few shops for supplies; food, water, holy water, salt, rifles and our rocksalt bullets. We couldn't forget the EMF'S either. Sammy wanted to bring silver, so we did, but I didn't think we'd need it. Better safe than sorry though.
After we loaded up the car, we made the plan that Sam and I were fake dads to Trevor, dropping him off on his first day at a new school. It made sense, so we'd be able to walk him to his class, since we were fresh from America. When we got inside, it wasn't a problem. Sam and I got visitors passes, and Trevor got a temporary students ID.
"We have to find a space where we can do the ritual without interruptions, or without accidentally bringing anyone with us." Trevor mumbled to us as we walked down the hall.
"Great observation, Captain obvious."
"Dean, relax." Sammy harshly whispered. I rolled my eyes.
"Ooh! Janitor closet." Trevor pointed. If he hadn't pointed it out, I would've walked right by the Japanese symbol on the door.
"Sammy, quick scope make sure no one's watching on your side, I'll eye this side, Trevor will nonchalantly walk in while we close in behind him walking backwards. On 3..1..2..gogogo." We swiftly executed the plan and slipped inside unnoticed. I wiped my arm across my forehead.
"Okay, Sam, get our paper doll out!" Trevor whisperingly exclaimed.
Sam took it out, but where his hands were normally steady they were shaking. "You okay, Sammy?" I looked at him closely.
He nodded, "I just have a stronger feeling in here. The closer we get to the elementary school, the stronger it is. Holding this doll with the words in my head and ill intent in my heart makes it stronger, too..like the spirits know we are coming."
I sympathized with him; every time we went on a hunt my emotions and adrenaline were always on high. "It'll be okay, though. You got me, the son of Hell. We'll get in, figure out what this deal is, and get out."
"Yes, let's just get this started."
He held it out with his left hand, and Trevor and I each took one hand and grabed a corner. Sammy said the words, we repeated. We never went over who'd screw up, I just took it naturally, only chanting 7 times. Three seconds after we tore the paper...the school shook..

And shook

And rocked Sam, Trevor and me into each other before throwing us in the air. We landed with a thick, heavy thud that created a dust tsunami around us. When it settled, and we got the dust out of our eyes, we took in our surroundings. We landed in a run down classroom. It had a podium up front with the chalkboard that was cracked down the middle. The desks were all astray, mostly broken. There was a decent crack in the floor that made it difficult to cross to the back of the class.
"Damn, search for clues. We're gonna have to get to the basement. But I'd like a run in so we know what we are dealing with. You guys make sure you hold on to your paper scrap." I searched the podium, while Trevor and Sam went to other sides of the room.
"Nothing here." Trevor reported.
"Same." Sam sighed.
I was almost ready to give up myself until I wiped away some dust and saw faint scratching in the top of the podium. It was a note.
"I don't know if it's much, but I got a 'wait here till we return' note from a student to a teacher. They must've got sent here together."
"It's a step. Let's search somewhere else."
We walked into the hall, and to the left there was a gaping hole in the floor. "Only leaves right. Place doesn't give us much of an option." I scoffed. We took the EMF's out, they didn't give much feedback. The walls were blood splattered, and the floors creaked and groaned with every step. Tiny moans were coming from everywhere.
"Dean.." Trevor's voice whimpered.
There was a little blue figure floating in front of us. I took my Holy water out, "hey, kid, what's your name?" I inched forward slowly.
The figure flickered and...giggled?!
"DON'T LOOK HIM IN THE EYES!!!"
I turn around and a little girl, about five or six, in a tiny blue long sleeve dress comes running at me full speed knocking me in my stomach.
"Ooof!" We fall to the floor. The little girl has short black hair and a pink headband.
"Waaaaahhh!!! Satoshi-kun!!!!" The little girl wailed.
"Woah, woah, hey kid, what's your name?" I sat up, held the girl in my arms and brushed us off.
"Y-Yuka.." her bottom lip trembled.
I stood up and placed her on her feet, "you know where you are?"
"A bad scary place." Her eyes filled with tears.
"Hey, hey, don't cry, look. We have a little boy with us. So with us, you'll definitely be safe. You found us in time." There was Sammy..always to the rescue.
She looked over at Trevor and brightened up a little. "I lost my brother, Satoshi and his classmates..I was bringing him an umbrella after class and they were doing that charm...and then...we got sent here." She hung her head.
"Can you tell us about that blue spirit we encountered?" Sam asked her softly.
She solemnly nodded, "He's a little boy, and he's got no tongue..if you look him in the eyes he gets real angry and attacks. Other than that he's usually okay but he likes to try to trick you by chasing you sometimes." She hiccuped. "He also has a long booboo on his tummy..you can see some of his insides poking out."
"How long have you been down here?"
She tugged on her shirt sleeve, "too long.."
"Well let's keep moving." We continued walking. It seemed the blue boy left us alone. But he seemed innocent enough.
Maybe he wanted his tongue back.
