Handcuffed.

"You idiot! How did you lose the key!" Levi yelled as he gritted his teeth, eyes burning holes into Eren's skull, wasn't like Eren could really get away. This had started out playful, Eren out one handcuff on and wrestled Levi playfully until he got it locked. Now? Well, they couldn't find the key. "We have things to do, I can't be hand cuffed to you all day!" Levi growled and clenched his fists just as hard as his jaw was. "I had it in my hand! It must have fell out when I wrestled you." Eren claimed as he continued to search the couch for the lost key. It was so small Levi doubted either of them would find it. "You're going to be the death of me." Levi said lowly, a growl still rumbling in his throat from the anger. He couldn't believe he was handcuffed to Eren Jäger of all people. Levi stood up and crossed his arm that wasn't cuffed under his other one which was being yanked around by Eren who was in a flustered panic. "I can't find it!" Eren claimed as he removed couch cushions and tried to look for the small piece of metal that was bounding them together. "How about I just cut your left hand off, huh? That would solve this problem." Levi claimed and glared daggers, giving Eren a look the devil himself would fear. "Let's not retort to that!" Eren claimed with a nervous chuckle. Once Eren fixed the couch they both sat down in silence, trying to wrack their brains to think of how to get out of this. "Maybe-" Eren started "No. I know what you're going to say, no. I do not want anyone to see us handcuffed together or I'll never hear the end of it. When we're out of this you're going to clean this place till I feel like you've cleaned enough..." Levi claimed and grabbed the bridge of his nose. "Levi..." Eren mumbled, squirming in his seat. "I have to go to the bathroom." Eren claimed and Levi furrowed brows. "No! Hell no! I'm not going into the bathroom with you!" Levi said firmly. "But Levi-" "don't 'but Levi' me! You're lucky if I don't kill you after this! I can't believe you got me into this mess!" Levi said, clearly angered as he turned his head away. Breathing heavy and deep as he gritted his teeth. Eren leaned over and rested his head on Levi's shoulder. "I'm sorry Levi! I wasn't trying to make you mad...I just thought it'd be funny." Eren said softly and Levi glanced at him before turning his head away agin, refusing to fall for his cute little apologies. Levi was a sucker for Eren's little puppy dog eyes. He could resist the way they reflected the light. It made Levi want to melt. Of course he wouldn't admit this. "I really do have to pee, though." Eren claimed and Levi mumbled a bunch of curse words. Eren got up and headed for the bathroom. It took a lot more struggling before the two walked at different paces. They finally made it to the bathroom and Levi stood back to back with Eren, their arms behind their back. Levi covered his eyes a bit with his left hand and grumbled a few things. "Hurry up!" Levi demanded and Eren scuffed. "Kinda hard when you have nagging in your ear." Eren claimed and Levi sighed. "What do you want me to do? Do a little fucking cheer for you to piss?" Levi claimed. "We-" Eren began. "Don't fucking answer that." Levi claimed. When Eren finally find he'd after what felt like years he headed for the door. Levi stood in place and yanked Eren closer. "Don't tell me you were just trying to walk out of here and not wash your hands." Levi said in probably the most serious tone of voice Eren had ever really heard. "I thought it'd be easier if I didn't, hand cuffed to you in all." Eren claimed in his own defense. Levi wasn't having it. He pointed to the sink and Eren walked over and it probably took longer figuring out how to wash their hands then it did even getting into the situation.
They spent the next few hours trying to use every tool they had in the house to get the cuffs off, but to no avail did the handcuffs even loosen. The both of them stuck in the house all day. They actually got used to wearing the cuffs. Eren and Levi actually kind of learned how to move in sync so the metal cuffs weren't rubbing their wrists raw. By the end of the day, they seemed more tired than they ever were before. Probably because of the constant bickering and rough yanks on the cuffs. Levi sat down on the couch and leaned his head back on the back rest of the couch, Eren laid down with his head in Levi's lap. Levi would have complained but he was far too tired to bicker with Eren anymore. Levi rested his cuffed hand closer to Eren simply that way the younger male wasn't so uncomfortable. It didn't take but a few minutes for both of them to be far beyond a light sleep. Hanji entered the room with Armin not too far behind, the sight of a small glistening object caught her attention and she reached out and snatched it up. Looking at with a raised brow before her eyes landed on the cuffed boys. With a small chuckle she went over and unlocked the cuffs. With them free, she tossed a blanket over Eren and another over Levi before she left them to sleep on the couch. "How long do you think they were cuffed?" Armin asked and Hanji chuckled. "All day if I had to guess" she claimed. "Where was the key?" Armin asked. "The floor. They aren't very observant. Shh, let's let them sleep." Haji claimed and ushered Armin away.
