New Year? New Problems

Narrator POV

A couple months later the kids we're back in school and everything seemed to be good for them. Sam finished out on her internship and went back to school. The guys (besides Santo) and Jordan entered a great football season finally starting to recover from the lost of their friend and caption of the defensive line Chresanto. Who was actually doing quite well for himself and his family. Maddie was weeks away from delivering and Jada-Lee back in school and working full time. But we all know that, good times... Only last for so long.

Sam POV

I walked into my science class with a big smile on my face. Since I had the internship I've learned so much about the next class I had to take. So I was prepared for anything this class had to offer. I walked up to my professor. He looked very young. He looked fresh out of college. He was nice Carmel, very tall with a faded type of hairstyle. He dressed nicely and wore glasses. He looked over at me as he saw me coming closer and gave me a smile. His teeth we're perfect. I smiled alitte putting out my hand.

Sam: hi I'm Sam.

Professor: I'm Professor Wallis. Nice to meet you.

I walked over to a seat in the front so I could be focus on the lesson. Nothing could break my focus... So I thought. (Cliffy😊)

EJ POV

I walked hand in hand with Jordan into the meeting area seeing the boys. I smiled walking over to them, ready for this new year/ new season. We walked over to them and sat down.

Coach: ok so this year, I've decided to do Bigs and Littles. Each Junior and Senior will be assigned a freshman. They will have the same position as you. You'll meet them tomorrow during practice. You're new jerseys are over there. Your last name is printed on it with your number. Go for it.

I walked over to mine grabbing the one that said Johnson and Carter. Jordan smiled thanking me for getting it. We walked out hand in hand again. We walked out talking until someone rudely pushed passed Jordan pushing her to the side. As I went to say something Jordan had already opened her mouth to cuss him out.

Jordan: hey, watch were you're going.

I forget Jordan was a different type of girl. She stood up for herself, I loved that about her.

??: just because you're a girl on the football team doesn't mean you're all tough.

Jordan: N-

EJ: so you going to pick on her just cuz she a girl? That has better records then most of the guys that's been playing they're whole life?

??: man fuck her, she a bitch and will always be one.

Jordan: I'm a Wh-

Jacob: fuck you mean she a bitch?

I didn't even notice them come out.

Ray: I should beat your ass just for saying that foul shit.

??: punk bitches need other people to fight there battles..

Jordan: I don't need nobody to fight my battles. You don't wanna start with me. Lil freshy, you needa chill. You was good in high school but this is college. You're not the shit anymore.

He stayed silent and Jordan grabbed my hand staring to walk away.

EJ: Damn!

Jacob: made a nigga quiet real quick.

Ray laughed pointing at him.

Ray: this nigga really thought.

Jordan: I swear he better not be on the football team.

Maddie POV

I walked out of class and waited for Jada-Lee so we can get something to eat before she had to go to her next class. She arrived and we walked together to the car. We got in but I let Jada drive. I sat back and we talked about our class and what we expected from it. When all of a sudden I had this sharp pain on the side of my stomach. I looked down at my huge belly.

Maddie: you trying to hurt momma

I laughed. Jada laughed too rubbing my belly. I smiled. Thankful to have friends like her and man that's still with me.

Santo POV

After practice I took my shower and quickly ran out the locker room to get home. I'd had to meet up with the guys later. I had shit to do. I had stopped by Kays to pick it up and pay for it. I smiled looking at it then went home to set everything up. I cooked, cleaned and did so much more. Then I finally freshened up and be ready for my Bae. I couldn't believe I was about to ask this, but I was sure I wanted this and I'm sure she wants it too.

Jordan POV

I walked to my dorm and noticed many suitcase by my door. My roommate must be moving in! I decided that I should meet some new people at my school so, why not a roommate? I walked in to see a girl by the dresser. Long hard, probably weave. We were about the same height she looked decent from the back.

Jordan: are you my roommate?

She jumped from my voice. I guess it would have frightened her. But nothing prepared me for what happened next.

What y'all think happened ? 👀 I left y'all with to many Cliffhangers😂 but I'm starting drama this year. Y'all ain't ready! Sorry it took me so long. With the writers block I just got really confused and almost deleted the story. But someone who's a fan of the book gave a suggestion and I took it and just added on to it. Now I know for sure what I want to happen 😊 I still don't know how much I'll be updating because of school. But I'm trying for at least once every week. (I ain't check over it soo... My bad) Comment!
