My Alpha Mate

Chapter 4

"What's wrong?" I asked and he looked at me.

"Your father hates me and I don't know how your feels about me" he said.

"My mother loves you," and he smiled. "My dad on the other hand......"

"You and I are going to be the leaders of this pack soon and I need to get on the good side of your dad."

"Well, they are  just going to have to pretend to like you either way because you are going to be the Alpha of this pack soon. I don't care if they don't like you," I said and he looked at me weird. "If they do t like you than that's their problem not yours. All that matters is that I like you and they don't really have a say in that."

"Fine,"  he said and stood up. "But, if I die tonight it is all your fault" he said and I nodded."Did you know that your parents were going to be showing up tonight?" he asked and I shook my head.

"If they are here then that means that Kolton is most likely here."

"Kolton is going to kill me," he said and I rolled my eyes. "Now your father is going to hate me even more. Your mom probably wont care as much as your dad."

"I'm pretty sure that you dad is going to blame mine for getting you to come and pick me up and then its going to continue like that."

"Why do our dads hate each other?" he asked as we reached the first floor.

"My dad hates that you are taking me away from his land and that you dad is his least favorite Alpha he knows."

"That's true and I know that my dad doesn't like your brothers," he said and I looked at him. "What? it's true and..... I forgot that you didn't know that."

"So they are basically act like that they like my family because they don't want to get on my dads bad side?" I asked and he nodded. "I so hate your parents," I said and he gave me a are-you-serious-look. "I'm sorry that you grew up an only child but, having siblings is the best thing ever."

"I never said that having siblings was bad," he said and he looked worried. "I wish that I had siblings," but I knew that he never wanted another sibling, he loves being the only child.

"I can't believe that you are saying that to make me feel better!" I exclaimed.

"So, okay I love being in only child," he said and looked at me. "I can't help it. I'm nine teen I've been alone pretty much all my life and just thinking about that changes kind of scary. I wish I had another brother but that's about it."

"Well being an only child sounds scary. Who would you blame if you got in trouble? I love it when I came blame it on some else and not get in trouble for it."

"Well, that's you personally. Not me."

"We will talk about this later," I said and walked into the living room.

My parents and his parents were standing there arguing and I shook my head.

"What is going on?!" I asked and they both looked at me.

"Sweetie!" my mom said and they both came to give me a hug.

"Hi" I said and looked at Demetri's parents who were hugging their son. "What's going on in here?" I asked again and that was when some one stood up from the couch.

Kolton.

"Shoot me now," I thought as he walked over towards us.

"I was telling mom and dad how you snuck out tonight to see him," he said looking at Demetri who rolled his eyes and smiled at me. I smiled back and then remembered that I was mad at him, so I looked back at the parents.
