Chapter 8

Demetri's P. O.V

"This is all your fault!" Kolton yelled at me and I rolled my eyes.

"He just doesn't know when to shut the hell up does he?" I asked myself and he just continued yelling.

"If you wouldn't have marked her this wouldn't have happened!"

That was when I snapped.

"Will you shut the hell up?!" I yelled at him looking him in the eye. "If you could just shut up that would be fantastic. I'm pretty sure that you are the reason that she was screaming her head off anyways."

He was now looking at me like I just walked I've to him and punched him in the face. His eyes were huge and his mouth was hanging open.

"How is she doing?" Trystan asked walking in with Delilah right behind him. He had stitches over his left eyebrow.

As soon as Kolton saw Trystan he growled. Then Trystan and Delilah growled right back at him. Trystan pulled Delilah behind him and growled so viciously that Kolton actually took a couple of steps back and he smiled.

"How is she?" Delilah asked and came over to my side.

"Better than she was two minutes ago when you called and thirty seconds ago when you text" I replied.

"Sorry" she said and I shook my head.

"She's your sister," I said and she smiled, "You should be worried about her."

"What the hell is wrong with her!" Derek yelled as he came barging into the room. "Do I have to ask again."

"We don't know," I said and looked at him still holding Madisyn's hand. "The doctors said she just passed out."

"No reason?" he asked and I nodded, "Nothing?" he asked and I nodded.

"There was nothing wrong with her when the doctors checked her," I said and he ran a hand through his hair. "Everything was completely normal."

"Because that's helpful," he said and sighed heavily, "Are you okay?" he asked Trystan.

"Yeah," he said and touched his stiches, "I feel fine and nothing else is hurting."

"That's because they gave him pain medication," Delilah said through mind link. "He's going to feel the pain tomorrow."

"So, where have you been?" I asked Derek and he turned to look at me.

"Debating whether or not if I should rip out Trent's throat," he said and I smirked, "In the end I know that would have only hurt Madisyn and I know what she is going through right now is hard and adding a death on top of that would drive her crazy."

"So," Kolton said and I suppressed a growl, "Did you think about ripping my throat out?" he asked.

"Not throat," Derek said and Kolton looked surprised, "Your heart."

Everyone was silent until the pack doctor and a nurse walked in talking to one another.

"Kolton, can I talk to you?" I asked.

"Demetri," Trystan said in a warning tone, "Don't do this."

"I just want to talk to him," I said and he shot me a warning glance before nodding. "So, can I?"

"Where?" he asked looking scared.

"In a room down the hall."

"Fine," he said and I walked out with him right behind me, "What is this all about?" he asked as we walked into the room.
