Chapter 3

Demetri's room was big.

"This is your room?" I asked and he nodded. "It's really cool" I said and he smiled.

"Well soon it's going to be your room too" and sat on the edge of his bed.

"Yay" I said sarcastically and sat down next to him.

"It'll grow on you" he said and I giggled.

"I'm sure it will."

"I need to head to my office" he said and looked at me. "Do you want to come?" he asked.

"Sure" I said and he helped me off the bed. "My legs hurt" I said.

"Sorry?" he said but it sounded more like a question.

"Just keep walking" I said. he looked confused but he kept on walking. Suddenly, I jumped onto his back and he almost fell over.

"What the hell!" he said and wrapped his arms around my legs, keeping me in place on his back.

"I told you my legs were tired' I said and smiled.

"Well, you could've jus told me you wanted a piggy back ride," he said and I rolled my eyes. "Instead of jumping on my back and almost knocking me over."

"That wouldn't have been any fun" I said as I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Just tell me next time" he said and I debated.

"Maybe" I said and he smiled. "So why are we going to your office?" I asked as he walked down stairs.

"I still have some pack work to finish" he said and I nodded.

"Are we there yet?" I asked and he nodded as we entered his office.

"So how long are you going to be in here?" I asked as he sat down at his desk.

"About two hours at most. Why?" he asked.

"Because, I'm going for a run and I wanted to know how long it'll take me to get to border and back" I said and stood up.

"Be safe" he said and looked at me. "I mean it."

"I'll be fine" I said and he looked worried. "Promise" I said and gave him a kiss and walked out of the office and to the front steps.

As soon as I stepped foot into the woods I shifted and then took off.

Hunter's P.O.V

"Where are Demetri and Madisyn?" Keaton asked as he entered the kitchen.

"I don't know" Gavin replied and started going through one of the two fridges.

"You don't know?" I said and they all nodded.

"Calm down guys" Gavin said and I looked at him.

"What do you mean calm down?" I asked and he backed up in surrender.

"If they are doing anything we could hear them" Trent pointed out and Delilah shook her head.

"What do you mean no?" Keaton asked.

"In case you didn't notice," she said and looked at us. "All of the rooms here are sound proof because a lot of pack meeting take place here and they didn't see the point of making four rooms sound proof so they made them all sound proof."

"How do you know?" I asked.

"In case you haven't noticed I'm mates with the Beta's son" she said and we all nodded.

"How could we forget that our sister are mates with the Alpha and Beta's son?" Gavin asked and smiled.

"So where is Madisyn?" Derek asked sounding worried.

Derek is always worried about Madisyn. I guess they have this weird twin bond and he knows when something is wrong and when he can't feel her he starts to freak out.

"I believe she is with Demetri in his office" Delilah said as she took out a cartoon of ice cream.

After that Keaton, Derek and I all took off towards his office.

"I can't hear anything" Derek said and we nodded in agreement.

"So what are you guys doing standing outside my office, exactly?" Demetri asked standing from behind us and we turned around.

"We're looking for Madisyn" I said and he nodded.

"Well," he said and walked into his office with us following right behind him. "She went for a run about five to seven minutes ago."

Madisyn's P.O.V

So I walked into the house expecting all of them in the kitchen but Keaton, Hunter and Derek werent in there. I was walking up to Demetri's office when I saw all of them standing there asking where I was was.

"Do you guys know that you guys don't have to worry about me twenty-four seven, right?" I said and they all turned to look at me.

"Hey" Keaton and Hunter said and Derek walked up to me and gave me a bear hug.

"Derek," I said as Derek lifted me off the ground and I heard Demetri growl very quietley and I guess Hunter did to, because he smiled. "I cant breathe" I said in gasps and then he finally set me back down.

"So," Demetri said as I went to stand next to him. "What do you guys need, now?"

"Are we allowed to eat four of the seven pizza's in the freezer?" Derek asked and we all smiled, even Demetri.

"No," he siad and they all looked at him questiongly.

"Why, not?" Hunter asked.

"Because they are-" but someone cut him off.

"Are mine" Glade said and I smiled as Trystan and Logan walked in behind him.

"You have seven pizza'sand your not even going to share them?" Trystan asked adn he nodded. "Not even with us?" he asked gesturing to him and Logan.

"What about us?" Keaton asked guestering to him, Hunter and Derek.

"Nope" he said and crossed his arms over his chest.

"What about us?" I asked gesturing to Demetri and I.

"Of course" he said and I smiled.

"Not that you have a choice, anyway" Demetri added and Glade nodded. "So what doo you guys need?" he asked looking at his friends.

"Well," Logan said and looked around the entire room before looking at me. "Madisyn your parents are waiting out front."

After he said that all the boys went running out side.

"Aren't you going to go?" Demetri asked me.

"Can you guys please go?" I asked and they all nodded and left.

Then I turned and looked at him with my hands on my hips.
