Outside "Pandemonium"
September 11thThere was a major silence between the two. Lucky just stared at Harry, looking at him up and down. She was fairly sure she wasn't dreaming considering she wasn't getting that dizzy feeling she always got when she dreamed. Harry stood in front of her, biting his lower lip and picking the nail polish off of his thumbs. He stared down at his shoes, rocking back and forth as the silence hung with them. Harry wanted to say something, but he was waiting for her to reply first. He even braced himself for a hit in the face when he told her, which was around 3 minutes before.
Lucky, finally able to say something, replied with a soft tone, "Why didn't you tell me?"
"Because I-" he stopped himself, took a deep breath, and continued, "Because I didn't want you to talk to me just because I act in your favorite show. I wanted you to like me for me."
"But that didn't happen because you lied to me," Lucky pointed out.
"That's true. Which is why I needed to see you. I'm ready to show you who I really am, and I'm not scared anymore. I understand if you don't want to talk to me after this. I know you are mad-"
"Complete understatement," the girl interrupted, "I'm quite pissed off at you."
"I know," Harry said, "which is why you can leave. I just thought you should know the truth." He looked at Lucky's eyes. They were filled with passionate, hate, and anger. Harry looked back to the ground and walked past her, exiting the alley and searching for Matthew.
"Well, she's definitely not happy," Harry told Matt once he found him, "Right now, I just want to go back to set and continue working. I need a new coat on my nails anyway..."
Matthew shook his head and stood in front of Harry, "That is not happening. You like this girl, right?"
Harry nodded.
"Then go after her! Did episode 12 teach you nothing? You interrupted my wedding!"
"And you kissed me," Harry pointed out, "but that's all fiction, Matt. A story created by writers. This is real life. Not a fairy tale."
Matt crossed his arms, "Listen, you go to Lucky, tell her that you are seriously sorry, and take her on a date to make up for it. Or, at least for a cup of coffee. I'm pretty sure she likes you too, Harry. Don't screw this up. Please."
"I already have."
Before Harry could get past him, Matthew gripped his arm and dragged him back to the alley without looking back to see his face.
At The Same Time...
Melissa and Macey stomped back to the alleyway, having seen the whole thing between Lucky and Harry. Lucky looked at them, saw the looks on their faces, and got a pretty good idea of what was going on.
"You shouldn't have let him go," Melissa said once her and Macey reached her, "He's devastated."
"He should be," Lucky snapped, "He lied to me! He couldn't even trust me with the color of his hair, Mel. Don't you get it?"
"No," she replied, "I don't. I understand that he lied to you, but he had his reasons."
"Yeah," Macey agreed seriously, which was strange, "If he wouldn't have just come straight forward with who he was the day you started talking, how would've you reacted?"
