Emily sits at the foot of her hospital bed as she waits for Chris to pick her up.

She's been at the hospital for about a week and a half for recovery. A lot of her doctors and nurses knew of what happened to her and because of that they were all questioned by the police.

Her mother, who is also her manager, has been talking to the police about this situation...she was trying to take him to court.

Emily still thought about that night it still haunted her...she's never seen him that angry besides that one time.

A few months after they started dating Emily did something that angered him which made him hit her and take advantage of her....but she never did anything about that situation she just kept it to herself until she blurted it out to Sebastian who then told Chris and Elizabeth. That's why Chris has always had a bad feeling about Hayden and Emily decided to stay with him because she was scared to leave him because he could've done anything to her.

The brunette looks down at her hands, her wrist still had the bruise on it but it ha started to fade which made her happy. Her eye was still dark from the black eye but a little makeup can fix that.

"Hey sis." Chris says who was standing at the door with a cheesy smile across his face,"You ready?"

Emily bites her top lip as she looks around the room she's stayed in for almost two weeks, that room was her home for those weeks and it made her sad to leave it, but what made her sadder was that she was about to go to her apartment which didn't feel like home anymore because of that night.

She looks back at Chris with a fake smile,"Yeah.." She grabs her phone off of the bed and puts it into her back pocket.

The two siblings walk through the hospital to the front door,Emily got some rude glances as she passed a few people.

Chris's car was pulled up fairly close to the front door, he held the door open for his sister as she got in.

The ride to her house felt like it was never ending. Emily looked away from her brother to look out at the window.

They pass her apartment building.

"Hey you just passed my place!" Emily says quite nervously because she had no idea where they were going.

"Oh yeah." Chris chuckles and looks at his confused sister for a second,"You're going to live with me for a while, I mean if that's okay. I just figured you -"

"Thank you, I didn't want to stay in that place..." She smiles at her brothers nice gesture,"You're the best brother anyone could ask for."
