Chapter Five

"Don't you dare" I growled at him shutting him up instantly. He seemed surprised and just looked at me with his beautiful eyes for a few moments.

"Excuse me" He finally says coming closer to me seeing he was pretty taller than me and muscular, he also smelled really good like oranges and the morning air and--Focus!

"I said 'Don't you dare'. You will not reject me." I said as I poke is chest making him back up and looking more surprised and shocked.

"Do you know who I am? I will not tolerate you telling me what to do, lone wolf" He growled stepping forward but I just put my chin up.

"No I don't know who you are but I do know that you, Arthur Knight, are my mate." I said looking at him straight in the eyes not backing down which he looks like he wasn't either. After a few minutes of looking at each other he finally talks.

"Well I don't want you as a mate." He said crossing his arms on his chest.

"And who said I wanted you." I said crossing my arms, and he let out a laugh.

"Of course you want me to be your mate. Look at me" He said pointing at himself. I rolled my eyes at his cockiness.

"All I see is a jerk" I scuffed and he growled and I smirked at him.

"Listen I am the next Alpha of the Winter Stone Pack and you have to treat me with respect" He growled pointing at me. Wow that's a high title but I won't give up. I gave him a challenging look and smiled.

"Or what princess" I said hearing the bell ring and I curtsied at him not bowing, "See you later your highness"

And I walked away to my next class leaving a red angry princess behind me. And that made my day making me smile most of the day.

ARTHUR POV

"Dude your finally back what took you so long?" My best friend and soon to be beta Will asked.

"It takes time to travel to the Blue Night Pack and longer to get business done." I said as I take a bite of my omelet, happy that I'm finally back home.

"Hi Arthur." I hear a very familiar girls voice behind me.

"Hi Brittney. Did you miss me?" I asked as she walks up to me and crawled on my lap.

"Very much so" She said as she started kissing my neck, I see I'm not going to finish my omelet.

I zip my pants as I was done with Brittney who was still breathing heavily and naked on the bed. This wouldn't be the first time that I slept with Brittney but I am a man who has his needs. After I was done getting dress I headed out side to get my car and drive to school.

I did not miss school at all since I left and it sucks that I have to go. So I didn't pay any attention in my first few periods waiting for lunch to come. It was not fun the past few weeks with traveling and trying to get other packs alliances. Especially when you go alone.

"You coming" Will asked me as we headed for lunch

"Yeah I just need to get something out my locker and take a piss" I said and headed in the opposite direction of the guys and to the bathroom first. After I was done releasing my bladder I headed for my locker but to only get distracted by a mouth watering scent. Smelled like the forest and the ocean breeze. I followed the scent only to find a girl walking in my direction.

'Mate' my wolf Sky said

What! I don't want a mate, not now! I then catch another scent from her, she was a lone wolf, that makes it worst. So when I was closer to her I pushed her against the lockers. She didn't even see me approaching.

"I, Arthur Knight-" As I was looking into her piercing beautiful eyes they shifted into different emotions so fast I thought I didn't see it.

"Don't you dare" She growled at me which made me shut my mouth in the middle of my sentence. She had a powerful voice. She looked angry, very angry. But how she growled and said that to me made me shift into different emotions. Confusion, anger, and amusement but I chose anger.

"Excuse me" I said as I step closer to her, me being the taller one.

"I said 'Don't you dare.' You will not reject me." she said while she poked my chest and I was so shocked by her action that I stepped back.

"Do you know who I am? I will not tolerate you telling me what to do, lone wolf" I growled stepping forward but all she did was point her chin up higher.

"No I don't know who you are but I do know the you, Arthur Knight, are my mate." she said and how she said my name it made me shiver. And we just looked at each other neither of us backing down.

"Well I don't want you as a mate." I said to her crossing my arms over my chest. My wolf let out a cry of anger when I said that.

"And who said I wanted you." she said as I let out a laugh and she also crossed her arm over her chest.

"Of course you want me to be your mate. Look at me" I said pointing at myself everyone wanted me as a mate who wouldn't.

"All I see is a jerk" she scuffed and I growled at her for insulting me.

"Listen I am the next Alpha of the Winter Stone Pack and you have to treat me with respect" I growled with a little bit of my alpha voice. I wont tolerate disrespect but all she did was challenge me more and smirked.

"Or what princess" She said to me which made me open my mouth with shock. What the fuck did she call me!? The bell rang and she curtsied not bowed, "See you later your highness."

She then turned around and started walking away making me boil with anger that she walked away from me and not me telling her to leave. She was having fun with this which made me furious.
