Chapter 6- Since When Was High School this weird???

By the end of homeroom I had my breathing under control. Damn werewolves! I thought I had lost that part of my life!

No wonder I had the nightmare again last night, being so close to werewolves, why couldn't Demi check first before she relocates us? Oh well, I can't leave now, it's too soon, if something happens then we will leave but come to think of it, nothing bad has happened yet! Thank god,

The bell blasted through the classroom and students started getting up and leaving. I got up and was about to leave when I saw a slutty blonde with clothes that were so small they should have been given to a 5 year old trip up a shy looking girl with wavy brown hair and glasses. Then she actually laughed.

I walked over there and helped the girl pick up the books she had dropped when the slut tripped her up.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Yeah thanks," She said.

"I'm Mel,"

"Jen,"

I smiled at her and she smiled back then I heard a snigger behind me and turned to face the slag.

"Want something?" I asked.

"God, your so pretty, you should totally hang out with us, forget the geek, she's just an ugly loser," She squeaked in an unusually high voice.

I pretended to mull it over then turned back to Jen who was now looking down in a defeatist attitude, behind a curtain of hair I could see her eyes getting watery.

Suddenly, I had a strong urge to help this girl and be her friend.

"Hey Jen, whats this girls name?" I asked.

"My names Brianna," The slut answered before Jen could even lift her head. "No need to ask her,"

"Hm, well Brianna the bitch, I'd rather eat cow manure for the rest of my exsistence than be friends with you!" I spat then turned back to Jen. "Could you help me find my next class?"

Jen grinned and nodded.

I grinned and linked arms with her then left the classroom and a spluttering Brianna who by then was bright red.

"That was amazing! Hardly anyone stands up to Brianna! You are frigging incredible!" Jen beamed.

I laughed. "She had it coming,"

Then I started singing "He Had It Coming" from Chicago but a little differently.

"She had it coming, she had it coming, she only had it coming, she only had herself to blame-"

"If you'd have been there, if you'd have seen it, I betcha you would have done the same!" Jen continued then we both doubled over laughing.

"So, what do you have next?" Jen asked.

"English in room 45," I told her, I had memorised my schedule earlier.

"Wow, me too!"

"Great, show me the way," I grinned.

Then I thought of something and quickly scanned her. I almost froze in shock.

"Your a werewolf?" I asked.

She suddenly tensed and turned her head to me. "You know? Are you a werewolf?"

"No I'm not a werewolf, I'm...well I can't really explain it but just promise me two things?"

"Sure what?"

"One: Don't tell anyone I know what they are!" She nodded so I carried on. "Two: You will never attack me,"
