Ch. 2- Aquatic Repeat Playlist! [Deadly Life]

I heard twelve other screams as time passed by. Emily was dead... But why..? Who killed her? Monokuma's damn motive threw someone off AGAIN? Someone came to my side.

"Boy! What a shame it had to be her! She just couldn't LIVE up to the pressure? Upupupupu..."
I looked over at the laughing bear.
"You sick BASTARD!"
"Sick? How? I didn't kill the poor girl, it was one of you..."

Gasps flooded the room.
"Ah." Monokuma addressed the crowd. "I've got a new file for ya! Have fun with the investigation, I'll see ya at the trial..."

Monokuma disappeared once again, and I pulled the file up on my handbook. "The Victim was Emily Ballista." I read "Cause of death was drowning. Time of death was 12:45 A.M.. She lays in a pool of her own blood."

"God..." Helix shuddered. "This is just too cruel..."
Majer runs off, looking sick to his stomach.
Mia Runs after him diligently.
The rest stay.
I look back after a while. "Kellie, Angel, can I count on you two to guard the crime scene?"
They nodded. "We'll leave the investigation to you then." Kellie said.
Then... That leaves me, Riva, Megan, Tarus, Blake, Jack, Helix, Pen, and Zee.
"The remaining will split into groups of three." I declare, "Blake, Pen, and Jack will be group A. "Zee, Helix, and Tarus are group B, and Megan, Riva and myself are group C. There are 3 crucial places that require investigation. Here, the crime scene, The Gym next door, and the Dining Hall. Group A, take here. Group B, Take the gym. And group C should investigate the dining hall. We'll meet at the trial. Good luck" The groups split up.
We ran to the Dining hall, where I saw that strange video. The first thing I noticed was that the video seemed to be repeating. "I saw this when I woke up..." I said, "That's why I went to the pool. But the fact that it's repeating is strange." Megan seemed to write this down, and Riva shifted. "The kitchen may be suspicious too. We should check there." We walked over to the kitchen. There were multiple spilled jars and containers. "Th-This is...." I started. Riva started individually examining the spilled contents. I kept looking around, specifically at the places where container were missing. I heard Riva gasp. "In found something! There's an empty medicine cabinet in here!" "The trash can also has a lot of unlabeled bottles." Megan dully replied. "That seems like all that's in here though..." I say. "We should check Emily's room. Just to be safe." We ran over to Emily's room, and we saw a few unexpected sights. "There was broken glass all over the floor, with a strange liquid staining the carpet. Emily's trash can was also full of odd labels. There was one specifically smaller label that read "Monokuma's special sleep meds". "I'll take note of these, Tarus might know what they mean." We were about to leave when we heard knocking.

"Thank god I found you guys!" Mia said. "We found something HUGE!" She lead us to the basement, where there was a half emptied bottle without a label. "Majer collapsed, and when he awoke, he said that he ran to the basement, thinking that this bottle was stomach medicine, and then he passed out! He's in his room now, but I'd imagine the trail is gonna start soon..."

As if on cue, the bull suddenly rang. "K, soooo.... I'm bored. Let's do this already. Once again, meet at the red door on the first floor! See you all soon.."

Dammit! I hope the other teams did well...
We steadily made our way to the red door. Majer was already there. "Yo, you guys ready?"
"Y-yeah.." I replied. His recovery seemed... fast.
Team B and Team A made it not long after, and we all walked into the elevator once more.

The ride down was long and silent. Nobody dared speak a word, but the feeling of intense pressure still weighed on us. We knew what was next. A trial to decide our fates. Life, death, hope, despair, defeat, victory... No matter where it led, we only had one road ahead of us, the 2nd Class Trial!.

Monokuma: First, let me explain the basics of the class trial! Your votes shall decide the outcome. If you can figure out "Whodunnit" then I'll punish the culprit! BUT, if you are wrong, I'll punish everyone BESIDES the blackened, and that blackened will earn their right to freedom!
