It's been about a week, and my parents went home today.
We all had said our goodbyes and Ryland came down to say goodbye as well.
My family all gave me and Ryland a hug, and grabbed their luggage, and solemnly walked out the door.
We were waving as they left. My brother was crying, and so was I. It hurt me more to leave my brother, than my parents.
He's the only person I have, who is biologically related.
A nurses name was called to my room, when Ryland went back to his.
The nurse lead me into the emergency room, and explained that a girl named Rachel wanted to see me. I smiled a little, knowing that after 2 months of not speaking to her, that we still remembered me.
I walked in the emergency room, to a small, petite girl, who was laying in her hospital bed.
She had a bald head. Her head was shaved for chemo.
"Hey look we're twins now!" She exclaimed excitedly as I walked into the room.
She ran up and hugged me, as if we had spoken all this time.
"I shaved my head for chemo. And I have extra news!" I asked what it was, and she was moving back into the room.
I got so excited! It's been kinda lonely, only me in the huge room made for 2-3 people.
The bed was still there but it was never used.
She didn't have too much stuff, so she grabbed her stuffed animal, and he extra robe, and walked downstairs with me. She had already told the nurse she was leaving now, so people knew where she was.
She got settled, and hugged me so tight.
She hadn't been able to get out of bed for the past two months, that's why she was jumping around. She wasn't on bed rest anymore.
The first thing she wanted to do, was see Ryland.
We haven't seen B in forever.
