Him. He's my worst enemy, he's also my demons and darkest thoughts. His names blurryface  he's the doubt in my mind and all the insecurities of mine. Every time I'm alone that's when he comes out to play.
Stupid boy what have you done this time? You always mess up that's why you're here and not at home.

"I didn't do anything, go away." I mumble to myself squeezing my eyes shut bringing my knees to my chest.

Now obviously you did something or else we wouldn't be here now would we? Go away? Why don't you want me to stay after all everything else leaves you and you want to get rid of me ? I'm your only friend you fool.

"Leave me alone ! " I say a little louder

I'd never do that Tyler. No matter how hard you try to fend me off I'll never leave IM ALWAYS GOING TO BE WITH YOU TYLER ROBERT JOSEPH

"GO AWAY " I cry out bringing my hands to my head  "STOP IT, STOP IT, STOP IT LEAVE ME ALONE " I cry a little louder

YOU'RE PATHETIC TYLER YOU REALLY THINK ANYBODY WOULD LIKE YOU, I MEAN COME ON YELLING LIKE THIS ? YOU ACT LIKE A CHILD. HA! YOU THINK JOSH IS HERE FOR YOU? WRONG ! HE DOESN'T EVEN LIKE YOU! HE FEELS BAD FOR YOU AND ALL OF YOU'RE ISSUES YOU'RE NEVER GETTING BETTER!
His words whirled around my head and they wouldn't stop. Now I was in the corner of my room sitting with my  knees to my chest crying and screaming for him to go away with my hands over my ears to try and block him out. My breathing became heavy and short. I began shaking and I felt myself getting more and more weak as time went on. I heard somebody come through the door but I was almost passed out and everything seemed blurry to me. "Tyler, oh god TYLER COME ON" I heard as I felt somebody shaking me. I was going to answer but before I could, i heard a loud ringing noise and blacked out.

Josh's POV

Tyler just blacked out in my arms  holy shit. "TYLER WAKE UP BUDDY " I cried out obviously scared. I picked him up and ran to where we get our pills. "NURSE- NURSE TYLER HE- HE'S" I said frantically as I ran into her office  laying him on the ground.
"Calm down goodness Josh, you act like its the first time" the nurse said huffing and getting out of her seat and walking towards the sink and filling a little cup of water. " i'd rather him not potentially die, he's all I've got anymore" I say a little upset that the nurse would've said anything like that.
" aw how cute, now quit with the boo hooing and leave, Tyler will be back in your room soon " she said splashing the water on his face which caused him to twitch a little and shift from his current position. I turned to walk out of the office and towards my room. She was right, this wasn't the first time this had happened but Tyler and I have become kinda friends. I mean we've told each other some things and he's kind of opening up to me and I've opened up to him about me. We told each other the reasons why we were here and our back stories. But the first night he was here he blacked out and I panicked which probably wasn't the best go to reaction but it was because he had just collapsed in front of me. And a few other times he's blacked out and one time he didn't wake for almost and hour. The nurse wasn't exactly the friendliest person as you seen. She kind of reminds me of the secretary from monsters inc. The one that always says " I'll be watching you wazowski" yeah she's almost the nurses twin except the nurse has longer grey hair and bulkier brown glasses. When I got to my room I sat in my bed and stared at Tyler's parallel to mine. I know he has issues with this guy he calls blurryface or something like that, but he's never told me anything about him, just that he conflicts with Tyler on everything. I ran my hand through my pinkish faded orange hair and laid down letting out a little huff. Tyler meant a lot to me. After all, he's all I've ever had, he's the only one to minorly appreciate my existence. I knew he wasn't that stable, I also knew he wasn't taking his pills like he should be, he still wasn't eating and I'm sure he still wasn't sleeping. They were bound to let me go soon and I really don't want to leave Tyler. I sighed and turned over. As I was close to falling asleep I heard the door creak open, followed by a few little patters on the ground then the door quietly shut after. " thank you" Tyler croaked out before I assume laying down because I heard the bed creak and the covers on it shifting.
" anytime bud " I said softly before drifting off into sleep.
