*Not a long chapter but also not a really short chapter. Happy Birthday to Misha Collins! A note at the end, enjoy this chapter :)*

Cas hadn't gone in to the near by town like what Dean had thought. He headed to the next town over, someone picked him up on the side of the road. "So where you headed?" The guy driving asked, looking at Cas in the mirror. "Uh." Cas didn't know how to answer. "Well we're heading to Kansas City." The passenger said, turning in his seat to look at the man in the trench coat. "Ya me to." Cas answered.

They had been on the road for only 7 minutes when Cas' phone rang, it was Dean. Cas clicked decline and Dean left a message. He looked at the phone for a while, but then put it in his pocket without listening to the message.

"So what's your name dude? I'm Jacob and this is Dawn." The passenger said, staring straight in to Cas' eyes.

Cas noticed this Jacob person had two different coloured eyes, one was a light blue the other a dark brown. Cas narrowed his eyes at him. "Oh and that is Rose." He added, as someone came from the back of the van and sat beside Cas. Cas looked over at her, she smiled.

"Castiel." He finally answered. "Where'd you guys pick him up? And how much farther?" Rose asked, looking at Cas then at Jacob. "We have another 4 hours left of driving. And we picked him up in Lebanon Kansas." The driver Dawn explained.

"Wait, your name is Castiel. Isn't that the name of an angel?" Rose said leaning over to Cas, who backed away and leaned against the car window. "Yes..." Cas said. "So where's the angel off to?" Rose said, resting her head on Cas' shoulder.

"Leave him alone Rose." Dawn said, as the car came to a stop at a traffic light. She stuck her tongue out at him and moved away to look out the window on her side.

*Two Hours Later*

"We're half way there. This is the last stop, if you need to use the washroom go now." Dawn said, as he pulled the old colourful voltswagen van up to a gas station.

Cas stayed by the van as he waited for them to return, he had to stretch his legs. *Ring...Ring...* Cas pulled his phone out of his pocket. *Ring...* It was Dean again. *Click* He left another voicemail.

Everyone returned five minutes later and they hit the road again. Cas dozed off staring out the window.

*Two More Hours Later*

"Castiel. Hey Castiel. Angel Boy." Cas was waken by Rose gently shaking his shoulder. He looked up at her light brown eyes with his tied blue ones. "We're here. So where you going?" She asked sitting back cross legged. Cas rubbed his eyes and sat up straight before speaking.

"The closest diner is fine." Cas said, fixing the collar of his trench coat. "Sure thing." Dawn said, looking in the mirror again to see Cas.

Dawn pulled the van up outside a diner. Cas opened the door to get out. "Wait," Rose said, turning and grabbing something. "Here, to remember us." She added, grabbing Cas' wrist and tying a rainbow coloured bracelet on him. "Uh thanks., and thanks for the ride." He thanked getting out of the van and looking at the colourful bracelet that was tied to him.

*Ring...Ring...* Cas pulled out his phone as he reached the diner. *Ring...* It was Dean, again Cas pressed decline and Dean left a message. He knew Dean was probably worried and wondering where he was. He shook the thought out of his head and entered the diner.

Cas had two hamburgers, then left the diner. He walked down the street, the sun was starting to set. The sky had turned to a golden orange colour. He took a seat on a bus stop bench before pulling out his phone.

He clicked on the vocie mails and listened to them. <"Cas where the hell are you. Call me back."> <"Hey Cas we can't find you anywhere in town. Where'd you go? Call me back."> <"Hey Cas, we're worried here. Call me."> Dean sounded more worried in each message.

Cas pulled up Deans number to text him <I'm fine Dean.> He sent the message, and continued walking.

He stopped walking after two blocks when his leg started to hurt again, he looked down at his leg and there was blood on his pant leg. He kneeled down and rolled up his pant leg to reveal his wrapped up leg. The warp was bright red, completely soaked in blood. "Great." He mumbled to himself, as he unwrapped his leg.

"Hello Castiel." Someone said from behind him. He turned only to be hit over the head, he blacked out and collapsed to the ground with a loud thump.
