Castiel had used the grace that Dean had given him to heal Sam, he didn't bother using it on Gabriel knowing he'd be fine in a couple minutes, plus the grace ran out after Sam was healed.

Sam jerked awake sitting straight up on the table. "Where's Dean?" Was the first thing he said, as he was breathing heavily. "I don't know. Gabriel only brought u back to the bunker." Castiel explained, looking past Sam over at his brother who was still unconscious.

Dean slowly woke up. When his eyes were fully open he realized he wasn't at the warehouse, nor was he back at the bunker. He was in some hospital. He started to slowly sit up in the hospital bed, until a unbearable pain shot through his whole body causing him to lay back down. He looked down at his stomach, there was a bandage wrapped around his stomach along with his back and both arms. The main source of the pain was coming from his back.

As Dean started to get up again he heard someone out in the hall. "It was the weirdest thing. He just showed up on the hospital bed, all beaten up. No one even saw him come in." It was silent for a moment the a nurse entered the room. "Oh hello sir, I wasn't expecting you to awake so soon." The nurse said, walking over to the side of his bed and setting a tray of food down. "Do u know how you got here or who did this to you?" He asked. Dean went to speak but no words came out so he just shook his head. The last thing he remembered was seeing his brother laying unconscious on the ground. That's when panic sunk in, "Sammy! Where is he! Is he okay!" He thought.

"Sir did you hear me?" The nurse, who's name was Dmitri, asked. He repeated what he had said. "You need to eat. If you need anything press this button." He pointed to a button that was on the bed. Before he left he adjusted the bed to a more up right sitting position.

Dean did eat the food only because he was hungry and there was a piece of apple pie.

Gabriel finally woke up, 3 hours later. When his golden eyes opened he had Castiel staring at him with anger in his bright blue eyes. "Eh Cassie, what's the matter?" He said, confused by his brothers anger that he held in his eyes. "Where's Dean?" Cas said, looking deep in to Gabriel's confused eyes.

Gabriel stood up, so he wasn't looking so far up at his brother. "What do you mean? Why should I know?" He did was Cas always does when he's confused and tilted his head. "You brought Sam to the bunker but not Dean so where is he?" Castiel said, anger in the ton of his voice.

"I don't know what your talking about Cassie." Gabriel said, still holding confusion in his eyes. Castiel's eyes softened a bit when he saw how serious his brother was, that he wasn't joking. "What do you remember?" He asked, taking a seat in front of Gabriel.

Gabriel took a deep breath and sat back down before answering. "I was in the bunker, here. And I was on the phone, Dean was on the other end. I had something important to tell Sam. Sam where is he?" Gabriel said, looking around paniced. "He's fine. He's here, resting, in his room. It's Dean that we're worried about." Castiel explained.

"That's all I remember, I swear." He added. "We need to find Dean. He could be in danger if we don't." Cas said, running a hand through his already messy black hair. "Well, till my memory is restored I don't think I'll be any help to you. Have you questioned the moose yet? He might be more help at the moment then me." Gabriel said, with a sad smirk on his face.

Cas nodded and left. Once he left the room Gabriel rested his arms and head on the table, trying to remember what had happened. He knew if anything bad were to happen to Dean it would be his fault for not getting to the Winchesters fast enough. Not only would Castiel be mad at him but Sam would be as well. He's had Castiel mad at him million of times before. Sam has been more upset with him then mad, from all those times he killed Dean to teach Sam a lesson.

"Knock knock!" Cas knocked on Sams door twice before entering. "Sam?" He said, walking over to Sam. Sam rolled over to face him. "What is it Castiel?" He asked, sitting up. "Gabriel's awake. But he doesn't remember anything after calling Dean." Cas explained looking down at the hunter, who was barely awake. "He said to ask you what you remembered." He added sitting in a near by arm chair.

Sam sat up rubbing his eyes then ran a hand through his long hair. "The last thing I saw was Dean about to be stabbed by one of the demons. Then I was tackled to the ground and knocked out." He explained those last few minutes from earlier in the warehouse with his brother. "I never even saw Gabriel. I should have been killed or taken and tortured by those demons. But some how Gabriel found me and brought me back to the bunker." Sam seemed to be questioning the whole situation as he spoke.
