Calum was sitting down at a food court in campus with some people chatting about their school work. Calum is in the music field which he very much enjoys.

"so Calum after this are you gonna go back to Australia?" Bruce asked and Calum shrugged.

"i don't know maybe if i feel good enough to go back" Calum responds and Bruce nods.

"Breaking News!" the Tv turned on and everyone looks over it. the tv there only is on when something important happens.

"has the police lost their minds? John Hood has been released from prison for good behavior! the man will be walking the streets in a few hours. police says he has been obeying and doing all the right things which gave him years off of prison! the judge has agreed and now the rapist thread will be walking again. unbelievable! stay save and keep an eye on your children"

the TV turns off and Calum heart stops. John is leaving prison. he is free to go where ever he wants. Calum runs to his room fast.

Calum opened his door and see Tyler and Josh looking at the tv. Calum knows they saw and breaks down right there. Tyler runs to him and grabs him from the floor helping him to the couch.

"its okay Calum nothing is gonna happen" Tyler says and looks at josh worried. Josh grabs him phone and calls Ashton walking into the kitchen.

"hello?"

"hey its Josh! remember? um can all of you guys come over? Calum is having s break down right now and I honestly think you guys can fix it"

"yeah! of course! we will be there in seconds!"

"his room is room P12! not P21!"

"thanks for calling"

Josh walks back to the room and see Calum is still crying. Tyler rubs his back trying to make him calm for he wont pass out.

"Calum please stop" Josh says but Calum didn't listen. he couldn't. flash backs to when he was a kid were running through his mind.

"we are gonna play a little game, okay?" Calum shook his head. Johns voice echoes in his head.

Calum cried more. everything was falling apart. this is not what he planed. he was supposed to leave and be happy. he left everyone. yet everything stayed the same.

"we are here" Ashton says walking in. Calum looks at him and runs to Ashton.

Calum cries as Ashton hugs him. Tyler frowns seeing one of his best friend feels so awful. Michael comes in along with Luke.

Tyler sees Luke and grabs him going to the kitchen. Josh follows too telling the other two boys to calm him down.

"i know you know Luke" Tyler says and Luke looks at them weird.

"know what?" Luke asked generally confused.

"about John" Tyler says and Luke makes a fist with his hands and grit his teeth.

"Luke, he's getting out of jail in a few hours. he is gonna be able to walk down the streets" Josh says and Luke is now worried.

"why? how is that even possible! he has like 5 more years!" Luke yells and Tyler shakes his head.

"he is off with good behavior. i don't know what they were thinking! he will be released in Australia but he can fly anywhere. what if he finds Calum?" Tyler says and Luke shakes his head.

Luke walks to the living room where they were and sits next to Calum. Calum is crying less but he still shaking. Ashton looks at Luke with a half smile. Luke grabs Calum by the waist and hugs him.

"Listen Calum, he isn't gonna get you. i make sure he doesn't get you. if he even near you ill do anything to protect you. i will always be here with you" Luke says and Calum hugs him.

"don't ever leave" he said to me. (WHEN WE BOTH FALL ASLEEP UNDERNEATH THE SAME SKY.. sorry i had to)

"i wont. I promise" Luke says and Calum hugs him making sure he wont because Luke was everything to him.
