"What should I wear?" I asked Tyler.
"Just dress bad ass" He said with a wink.
"Umm, okay" I said unsure.
I walked into my room and into my walking closet. I grabbed my grey crop top, and some studded white shorts. I looked all around for my leather jacket.
I found it and put it on. I slide on some ankle socks, and some bad ass combat boots. I walked towards my tiny vanity and did some dark grey eye shadow, with a black eye shadow in the crease of my eye.
I slapped on some eyeliner and mascara. I put some pink lip gloss on
and stepped away from the mirror. It took me about an entire hour to get ready.I walked out of my room, and Tyler had fell asleep.
I walked over to him and I touched his shoulder, causing him to jolt out of his sleep.
"Sorry" I apologized.
He smirked and looked at me.
"You took bad ass literally, didn't you?" He asked with his same expression.
"Maybe" I blushed.
"Ready to go?" He asked me.
"Yep."

"Heck no" I said to him, almost panicking.
"Sam, it's just a motorcycle" He said while handing me a helmet.
"That's a killer machine. I am not riding that!" I shouted.
"Do you want to take your car, becuase you already made us late by taking for ever to get dressed!" He shouted.
"I mean it was worth it" He correct with a smirk, "but still a very long process."
"Fine."
He got on the motorcycle and I got on behind him. "A bad boy has to have a bad ass girl on the back" He said with a laugh.
"Hardy, har, har" I laughed sarcastically.
I'm not the shit, so he should really chill out with the lies.
I slid on my helmet, and wrapped my arms around his waist. He backed out of the parking lot and zoom, he went.
I panicked and screamed, causing Tyler to swerve a little.
"Sam, chill!" He yelled.
I laughed a little and held on to his back a little tighter. It actually wasn't that bad. This was probably the craziest thing, I've ever done and surprisingly....
it felt good.

He parked outside of the illuminated building. "Laser Tag & Arcade Fun" I read off of the billboard.
"Yeah, so enjoy this" He said with a smile.I got off of the motorcycle and I walked to the front of the building. He was right behind me.
"Does the laser's hurt?" I asked nervously. "No. It's just for fun" He told me.
"Are you sure the optical amplification in the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation was programmed properly to prevent the harm of people?" I asked.
"I'm going to pretend I understood what you said, and say sure" He said with a smile.
I walked in and there was a group of people waiting in line to grab they're tickets. The girl turned around and I realized it was Becca and her boyfriend Connor.
She was waiting with coincidentally, Ryan and Cole.
"Sup guys" Tyler said to his friends. I quietly waved at everyone and stood by Becca. "Are you nervous or something?" Becca asked.
"What? No, I'm perfectly normal" I said while crossing my arms and leaning over, thinking there would be a wall.
I ended up falling over. But, into someone's arms. I looked up, and there was a man. A handsome man.
"Umm, hi" I said while standing up correctly. "Hi" He said with a smile. "I fell" I blurted out. "Yeah, no kidding. I mean, I caught you" He said with a laugh.
I looked at Becca, and she flashed me two thumbs up. "I'm sorry" I robotically said. I always get tensed and awkward when encountering new people.
I never really had friends when I was a kid, because my mom thought friends is just another word for fake people who use you. Which is true in some cases.
"It's okay" He said while trying to figure out what to call me.
"Sam! I meant Samantha" I corrected. "Cool" He said with a smile, "are you here alone?"
I looked at Tyler who was hitting it off with his boys. "Just a colleague" I smiled. "Well, maybe we can laser tag sometime, or do something else if that's cool with you" He assured me.
"Yeah, sounds fine" I said. He gave me his number and I just stood there. "Ready to go?" Dylan shouted, while flashing us the tickets.
We all walked into the gear room, and got geared up. "Are you ready?" Tyler asked. "No" I said hesitantly. He pulled me into the laser tag room, and I was immediately flashed with the bright neon lights.
"Your on my team" Tyler assured me. He took my hand in his, and it made me stop. "What's the problem?" He said while flashing me a smile. I finally realized what we are doing.
He's suppose to be my roommate. When did we become so cool? I slid my hand away from his and walked ahead of him.
*•*•*•*•*•*
"We won!" I shouted to my team. Who knew that this could be so much fun. I never knew that doing things without a purpose could change a person.
After we checked the scores, and removed our gear, we all headed our separate ways. Tyler and I returned to the motorcycle.
"This was so much fun. I can't wait to tell you what happened!" I shouted while hopping on his motorcycle, experiencing the foreign feeling of freedom and it's ability to a person.
I loved it.
I just want to be free the 29 more times that I have, before it's back to focusing on my career.
