Shinhwa won the polls. It was kinda sad, we were in the lead when I went to bed, then I woke up and we were behind by twenty thousand. A few hours later, the poll closed. We lost by 1.48%.
I'm honestly really sad by our defeat, Topp Dogg needed the sponsorship from K-Ville and we didn't get it. But, Yano released a video saying they were still trying and for Topp Klass to not give up.
But mainly? I'm annoyed and pissed.
Let me explain.

That is Shinhwa. Shinhwa is a K-Pop group with six members; I-Don't-Give-A-Fuck-Who-They-Are. All I know is one of them looks like he's permanently trapped in his emo phase.
After the polls, I was honestly very confused. Somehow, a group I had never heard before won, after Topp Klass was able to beat BTS, one of the biggest names in K-Pop as of right now? We beat them and then lost to these guys???
So I looked them up. And here is what I found.
One; all of these guys are in their thirties. The youngest is 35, the oldest is 37. Topp Dogg is in their early to mid twenties. I'm sorry, but these guys don't exactly classify as a boy band anymore. They are a man band.
Second; these guys debuted back in 1998. That's almost twenty years ago! And they're being put in a poll for a mother fucking sponsorship? If they're still having trouble getting sponsored after twenty years, it's time to fucking stop. Move on and get married. Have kids. Stop doing hip hop dances and start living life.
My honest question is; how old are the fans? Like I get they might have some pre-teen/teenage fans (I'm saying this because when I was like, twelve, I absolutely loved classic rock like the Beatles and AC/DC.). But, like, imagine them having fans that are in their late twenties, early thirties.
"Mom! Put the phone down! You've been voting for the last hour! Make dinner!"
"Shut up {insert said mother's Shinhwa bias name here}, I have to beat Topp Dogg!!1!1!1"
"Mom, you are thirty three years old and have two children. Fucking mOVE ON OKAY."
..i'm saying this when this will probably be me in about twenty years.
anyways, now that that's out of my system, comment how you reacted to Topp Dogg losing. i'm kinda curious.
