Unexpected

Bea lifts up her shirt, she knew the bigger lady had stabbed her, she felt it go in her. Bea still being under 100% fell to the floor vomiting into the toilet. Bea felt her gut tighten with pain, she heard the door open and she spun around it was Maxine
"Oh shit Bea ill get Allie"
"NO!" Bea shouted
"Shut the door"
Maxine shut the door behind her and walked up to Bea seeing the blood everywhere
"Bea Allie can help you"
"No, she just got punched in the throat, i should be looking after her"
Maxine looked down to see the cut in Beas stomach
"Don't tell her please i'm fine, if she asks tell her i got the flu or something
Maxine giggled
"Yeah shes gonna believe that"
Bea vomiting again with the blood worse this time
"Just shut the door behind you"
Maxine left leaving Bea in her cell. A couple hours later Allie walked in the unit
"Wheres Bea?"
"In her cell shes not feeling crash hot hun"
Allie nodded and walked into Beas cell to find her asleep, she looked pale and was sweating, Allie shook Bea to wake her up
"Babe it's dinner time"
"I'm not hungry you go" Allie felt Beas forehead, she could feel the heat
"Are you okay? You're burning up"
"Yeah i'm good you go" Allie left and went to the dining room with the rest of H1
"Maxine"
She turned around to Allie
"Yeah hun?"
"What's wrong with Bea, she looks really sick" Maxine put her head down trying to avoid the question
"Maxine!"
Maxine looked up nervously into Allies eyes
"Something happened to her during that fight, i'm not meant to say anything so don't tell her!"
Allie could feel tears coming
"Why wouldn't she tell me?"
"She didn't wanna worry you love, she felt bad enough with what happened to you" Allie felt bad, Bea was keeping her health problems from her and she thinks its her fault for what happened

After dinner the crew went back to the unit and watched some television, Allie checked on Bea who was asleep.
"Go number 7 go!" Boomer and Liz yelling at the Tv as they made a bet with each other
"YES!" Boomer shouted
"You owe me a packet of chips"
Liz shook her head
"Yeah yeah thats bullshit"
Allie joined in on the betting for awhile, It was near bed time but Allie didn't want to leave Bea alone, She went into her cell and sat up against the wall. a couple of hours in she heard something thud, she jumped seeing Bea launching herself towards the toilet vomiting clots of blood
"Bea!"
She went up behind Bea putting her hair up and rubbing her back gently. Bea holding her stomach screaming in agony
"Go to medical Bea!"
Bea shook her head. As the vomiting slowed down Bea moved back against the bed
"What are you doing here anyway?" Bea tried to catch her breath
"I know you're sick, i'm not leaving you"
"If i go to medical will you stop worrying?"
Allie smiled
Bea got herself up and walked to medical, she told the nurse what was wrong. Waiting for the results to come back Bea got unexpected news, she didn't know if she wanted to cry. Bea left medical and sat in the yard alone. She seen her crew walk towards her and she took deep breaths
"How did it go babe?"
Bea hid her sadness
"Yeah all good" Allie gave her a smile and kissed her cheek
"Eh Bea wanna play basketball?" Boomer shouted from across the court
Bea shook her head but Allie piped up
"I will booms" watching the prisoners play basketball happy and healthy was too much for Bea, she knew she had to tell her lover but she couldn't bring herself too. Bea left the yard and went back to her unit sitting on the couch watching TV. She was dazing into oblivion, she could hear voices but ignored them all, she saw a hand waving in her face
"Bea!" Maxine
"Oh hey"
"Did you tell Allie about your accident?"
"Nah"
Maxine knew something was wrong
"Bea whats up?"
Bea got up and stormed out of the unit, bumping into the others she walked through them
"Hey Bea"
"Bea!" She ignored Allie as she went to the showers, it was empty and quiet just what Bea wanted, she gets undressed and turns the water on letting it hit her skin, she feels the pressure of the water making Bea feel good. She feels a hand on her shoulder
"Want to tell me whats wrong?"
She turned to see Allie and then turned the water off
"For fuck sake why do you think somethings wrong?" Bea snapped
"All you and Maxine do is constantly bug me about my health" Bea stepped out of the shower feeling her body tense, struggling the breath she paces up and down the showers
"Calm down.. Breathe we nag you all the time because we care about ya"
Bea could feel her stomach aching the pain shooting up Bea runs over to the sink vomiting once again
"Bea what the fuck is wrong with you? Why are you vomiting so much blood up!" Allie runs over to help her, she falls to the ground, Allie strokes her cheek seeing the pain in her dark brown eyes
"I got to go" Bea gets up
"Wait" Allie pulls her back but Bea keeps moving

The night came around and Beas cell door was shut
"Maxine whats up with Bea? She totally snapped at me earlier"
"I'm not sure, shes been acting strange since the medical trip" Allie just nodded, she checked on Bea who was fast asleep, she tried waking her up, Bea wasn't moving, she shook her again and still nothing, looking for a pulse she couldn't find one
"MAXINE!"
Maxine came rushing in
"SHES NOT BREATHING HELP" Maxine rushes out and presses the panic button
"BEA WAKE UP"
Allie starts to resuscitate Bea before Mr Jackson and Ms Miles get there
"SHES NOT BREATHING HELP HER" Allie crying hysterically
"Bea can you hear me?" They put her on the stretcher and rushed her to medical locking the unit up, Allie crying hysterically still Liz trying to calm her down
"Calm down Allie she will be fine"
Allie was like this for hours, not sleeping at all
The next morning came and she went to medical, she wasn't allowed visitors because she was sleeping
"Mr Jackson!" Allie shouted
"What Novak?"
"Hows Bea is she okay?"
"Yeah shes fine considering her condition"
Allie looked confused
"Her what?" Mr Jackson realises her reaction
"She needs a new kidney Novak her two aren't working properly she needs a new working one to stay alive" Allies face dropped, tears flowed from her eyes down her face, she looked at Bea through the window looking at her lifeless body
"Where how is she getting a new one?"
"Well the list is very long unless she finds a match.. Well sorry Novak" Allie walked back to the unit crying and
Shaking
"Hun whats wrong?" the whole table staring and going up to Allie     
"Its..Bea" Everyone was shaking
"What is it?"
"She needs a new kidney.. Otherwise she won't live much longer.. Both of them aren't working properly"
Everyones face dropped, tears building up in everyones face
"Well who's giving it to her?" Liz asks
"Theres a long list they need to find a match.. Ill be seeing if I'm a match"
They all spoke up
"Yeah me too"
"I can't lose her" Allie started to cry again maxine pulling her in tightly

The whole crew didn't sleep, when the count was over Allie rushed to medical she seen Bea moving about slowly in the bed, she walked in staring,
Bea hadn't noticed yet, Allie crying Bea turned around
"Hey..Come here whats wrong?"
Allie went over to Bea and held her hand
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Tell you what?" Bea didn't want to say anything incase she didn't know
"Your kidney...you need a new one or you won't live"
Bea laid down and looked at the ceiling, all these thoughts running through her head
"Bea talk to me how could you keep something like this from me?"
Bea snapped
"What you think it's easy for me to tell the person i love oh yeah i'm going to fucking die but it's okay because i might get one.. Just leave me alone"
"Bea don.."
She raises her voice
"GO!" Allie kissed Beas hand and walked out, she looked through the glass to see Bea hysterically crying, Allie rushes back in holding her tight
"Calm down.. Just breathe.. I didn't mean it like that princess"
Bea grabbed Allie tight, through her tears she managed to get her words out
"I'm scared Allie, i'm so scared" Allie started to cry, she knew Bea wasn't scared of anything
"Hey you're not going through this alone.. Me and the girls are here.. We will find you one okay?"
Allie kisses Bea forehead when she hears Bea apologising
"I'm sorry for snapping.. I really am"
Allie smiled
"Well i gotta go find the nurse"
Bea looked confused
"Why?"
"Well all us girls are getting tested too see if we are a match"
"No Allie please don't"
Allie looked at Bea
"We are not gonna let you die Bea, ill come back soon"
Allie walked off and found the nurse, turns out the girls are already lined up.
They got tested and have to wait a couple days for the results.
"Hows Bea love?" Liz touched Allies shoulders
"Shes a mess honestly Liz.. I wish i could do something"
"But you are love, you're getting tested thats all you can do"
Allie nodded and walked back to medical, Bea wasn't there, she walked back to the unit to see her sitting on the couch by herself
"Beautiful girl like you shouldn't be out here by herself" Allie smirked at her as Bea giggled
"Can you do me a favour"
"Anything at all babe"
Bea points to the water on the table, Allie holds it up to her mouth helping her drink it, she can only have little bits or it causes her to be sick
"Thank you" Allie sits next to Bea putting Beas legs over her
"You know.. I can't lose you Bea.. I can't" Allie starts tearing up, she rests her head on Beas
"You won't" Bea lets out a smile
"We are going to fight and win this okay?" Bea said holding her hand
The crew walked in going over to Bea
"Hey Bea" Everyone said giving her a hug
"I heard you guys got tested.. I just wanted to say thanks but you didn't have too"
"Nonsense!" Liz shouted
"Of course we did Bea we love you to bits!" Boomer said
Bea just smiled and held Allies hand tight, she felt her stomach tighten again, she rushed up and went to her cell releasing the blood into then toilet, Allie quickly ran behind her holding her hair back
"Is there nothing they can do about that?"
Bea shook her head
"Nah.. But before it happens i know.. I get a really bad pain in my stomach"
Allie rubbed her gently
"I love you Bea"
"I love you too princess" Bea leaned back against the wall
"Can you grab me a drink babe?" Allie gets up and grabs the cup, she comes back to find Bea asleep, leaning up against the wall, She bends down and lifts Bea up, putting her on the bed, they both get in and sleep
A couple of hours later they wake up
"How did i get up here?"
Allie laughs
"I lifted you up" Allie strokes her cheek
"Oh yeah cause you're that strong"
"Hey you're not that heavy"
Bea just laughs, she looks at the door to see a figure standing there
"I'm a match Bea"
