The ringing

The ringing in her ear was loud but the screaming stopped, looking over she seen Allie unconscious, she was just about to get up when a kick to the face stopped her blacking out seconds later.

*Beep Beep*
Slowly opening her eyes Allie looked around the room noticing she was in medical, examining the room she seen the red head next to her in another bed, tubes in her nose and one down her throat. Allie felt like she was going to throw up looking at how much Bea suffered
"Hey blondie" her head shot up to see no other but Franky Doyle, letting out a sad smile Franky took that as her cue to sit down
"How are you feeling?" Allie looked her body up and down giving Franky a "how do you think" look. Taking the hint she moved to the other subject
"Do you remember what happend?"
After seeing her head shake Franky informed her
"Me and Liz walked in on you and Red lying on the floor unconscious and there was a note in Reds hand" Franky passed the blonde the note, unfolding it read "next time you won't wake up" She felt the blood from her face drain and the tears down her face, The brunette getting up and pulling her into a hug watching her injuries.
"Who would do this to her.. shes such a loving girl" Allie said her voice unsteady
"Red is so much better than this place" nodding in agreement they both looked over at the redhead.

It was dinner time when Allie woke up, the nurse bringing her in some food
"When is she gonna wake up?" She politely asked
"It's up to her now" the nurse replied before walking out.
Eating her food slowly she couldn't help but stare at the older woman. Drinking in her features and the bruising on her face, her leg wrapped tightly and her wrist also.

Early next morning Maxine walked into medical with a bunch of food and magazines
"Here love i didn't want you getting bored" Letting out a smile Allie thanked her
"Hows Bea?" Allie felt the tears prick the corner of her eyes
"She ah.. hasn't woke up yet" Maxine reassuring her very quickly
"Love she knows you're here, just give her some time" After sitting and chatting for a while Maxine left.

"What are we going to do about the people bashing red?" Franky asked when they were all in the unit
"We keep a tight watch on both of them when they get released, they don't go anywhere alone and make sure you get undetected" Maxine stated, the two girls have been through enough for one lifetime. All nodding in agreement they went to their work duties.

Since the current top dog was out of action Franky stepped up to take over the steam press, she noticed the change in the women. They were all quiet, too quiet.

Allie got up out of her bed and held Beas hand in hers. It was cold and clammy she felt the tears roll down her cheek and drip onto Beas hand
"Babe.. i need you to stop being so stubborn and wake up. I need you i love you.. please wake up.. please" Allie sat their for the next couple of hours telling Bea stories of her past. She knew she couldn't hear but had some hope that she might if she heard the blondes voice. The nurse came in to check on Allie and saying she was healing nicely and should get released early tomorrow. Allie didn't want to leave Bea before she woke up and was hoping it was before tomorrow. Slipping into bed she drifted off to sleep in seconds

Early morning came and Bea still hadn't woke. The nurse signed Allie out of medical and off to her unit
"Hey blondie you're out" Franky went up giving her a hug
"Yeah i don't want to be though"
"She will wake up soon" Looking into the brunettes eyes she could see the sadness in them
"Im sick of everyone saying that! Why hasn't she woke up yet? I will kill the fucker who did this" Allie had a suspicion of who it could of been and she bolted for the kitchen
"Tina!" Allie shouted, spinning around her first connected with the girls nose causing her to fly across the room. Allie got on top of her and grabbed the rolling pin bashing Tinas skull in, she was being thrown off two seconds later but Franky
"Blondie stop now!" Allie pushed the brunette off her before continuing on. Franky out powered Allie this time and dragged her away leaving Tina unconscious.

Pacing back to the unit Allie had blood on her shirt, luckily there was no screws, she got changed before she crawled into her bed and picked at the wall.

Franky was allowed to visit Bea in medical, walking in she saw her lying there in the same position she was earlier.
"Come on Red.. you're stronger than this. You need to wake up for your girl. Shes a mess and needs you.. i need you, we all do" Franky got up and walked out. The brunette was very worried.

3 days later there was still no change and Allie had locked herself away in her cell but left when she could visit Bea. It got harder for the younger women every time. She missed her smell, her touch.. her voice everything. If only Allie could do something to wake her up. Allie had skipped her meals the last two nights. The girls brought food back for her but she didn't want it. They all noticed the weight loss in Allie. She was pale and hardly sleeping.
"Stop doing this to yourself blondie, Bea wouldn't want that" Allie just paced the floor
"I need her franky FUCK" Allie yelled throwing the books across her cell and punching the wall, Franky would stop her but she knew she needed to let this out.
"Come here" Franky wrapped her arms around the blonde and held her tight. She knew exactly what she was going through because she felt it as well. Bea was always there for Franky and the two have a sibling relationship.

Another two days passed and Bea was still in the same position she almost looked dead when Franky and Allie walked in. She was pale and the bruising has really come out this time.
Allie went up and kissed her on the forehead.
"We bought you some chocolates red now you have to wake up and eat them" Allie was staring and she felt the drips run down her cheek. Before they knew it the machine was beeping rapidly .
