Haise x Touka(It Was Destiny)

Chapter 4

Touka was impatiently waiting for Yoriko at the park. She was twitching and biting her lip. Touka instantly smiled as a familiar figure started walking towards her. She quickly stood up and ran to to figure. The figure was Yoriko.

"Hey Touka, how are you today?" She asked

"I'm fine, and you?"

"Peachy keen, except for the fact that you had me nervous." She said in a rough time while still smiling.

Yoriko hugged Touka, and they sat on a bench. Touka didn't start talking so it looks like Yoriko would have to take the initiative.

"Touka, what's wrong?" She asked concerned.

"Well, there's this guy. He told me he lived me and kissed me last night. But, we can't be together, and I'm just having some problems with the past." She was blushing furiously as she said that.

"Go for it Touka! This guy must care about you! Forget about the past and about guys who left you. Take the lead!! Now go to him!!" Yoriko shouted.

Yoriko dragged her back to the cafe and left, so Touka decided that she would drink some coffee then just rest.

Haise POV

I had a great night with Touka-chan last night. I can't believe that I actually kissed her. She didn't seem like she enjoyed it too much, so I'll give her some time to think. Haise was just lying down in bed thinking.

He took a shower and put on some clothes for work. Then he grabbed his special notebook. That has the information on Torso, and his laptop with many files of data. He straightened his files a little bit. Hmmm, I think I might have a little bit of OCD. I have to go to a meeting later, even though I'm tired. I might as well drink some coffee..

I don't know how to make coffee properly, so don't actually try this or think it's right. I would Google it, but I'm too lazy.

Haise put some dark roasted beans into the machine. He waited a while for it to brew. Haise soon out some coffee creamer in there and a few sugar cubes. With that, he left out the door.

In the meeting

He was still waiting for everyone else to come, since he was always an early bird. Then he saw Juuzou running towards him at an alarming rate. Juuzou screamed across the room,"Haise!!!"

Haise's face lit up and he yelled back at him while opening his arms. Juuzou just went for his pockets for snacks.

"Thanks for the snack Haise!!" He said in a muffled voice.

He's a cute kid.

Akira has arrived to explain the Torso investigation to everyone. They were all focused, excerpt for Shirazu, he was drooling a river over there.

"Haise, has your team found any evidence yet?" She asked sternly.

"No, we haven't. All I've found is possible leads on his location also we have heard that he likes women with scars and such. We need decoys and a full fledged plan, but I think that we can handle this case, Akira-san." He said

"Well okay the. Bye guys!" Akira said in her monotone voice.

Haise POV

My team walks in front of me. I just can't help but think about Touka, every single second. My mind hurts and i have a splitting headache. I tell my team that I need some fresh air and that they can go home whenever they want to. I stay outside and decide to go visit Touka again. No, I shouldn't, I should focus on my work.
