He left me once, a long time ago
Nefariously shattered my soul
Left me wasted, left me broke
Left me hurting with one stroke
But now he's back with his new ways
He's now a devil with a new face
Hiding behind those angelic stares
Kneeling sorry, acting like he cares
I tried to keep aloof from him
But suffered much to my chagrin
Now I'm lost, a decadent fool
I was enticed using his tool
He's what I thought I always need
All the warnings, I failed to heed
I relish the thought of him and me
Even how atrocious it may be
A fool named me in a jovial mood
Cause finally with him I stood
Little did I know this transient bliss
These little butterflies soon will cease
Again he's back with another pain
My ensconced heart be filled with stain
Now drunk again with tears he caused
Stitches made by frivolous loss
