", Then he kissed my cheeks," I paused, trying to remember what happened. I was way too shocked to remember. "Then he said, 'I'll see you tomorrow at school', something like that," I chuckled. "Then he climed out the window. That's it, but still really, weird." I continued.

"Girl, He wants you, trust me." Sky said, in a white girl accent. "I-I don't know about that." I looked down. I looked at my body, disgusting. I was way too self conscious to think that, a good looking guy would want me. It's just unreal. "Well I gotta go to bed now, Sky. I'll see you tomorrow at school." I smiled. "Okay, Bye boo, I love you." She waved. "I love you too." I waved back and hung up. I closed the FaceTime app and closed my laptop.

I threw myself on my bed and sighed really loud. "Dad, I wish you were here now." I said to myself. My stomach growled. I haven't ate much today. I sighed again, getting up, and heading downstairs. I walked into the kitchen, opening the fridge. Nothing, literally nothing. "Go make yourself dinner, or just starve yourself, I'm not doing anything." I heard mom say, then laugh. "I didn't even ask you, Amanda. So, will you please shut your mouth?" I sassed. I saw fire through her eyes. I knew something bad will happen. I sprinted and ran to the stairs. I looked back and she was running after me. I ran upstairs and went to my room, quickly locking the door. I heared banging. "Open up you little bitch! Lemme show you what happened when you talk back to me!" Mom yelled, so loud. "No! You are crazy! You are a psychopath! Fuck off!" I yelled. She kept on hiting and banging on my door.

"Dad! Please come home! Please!" I yelled at the top of my lungs. The banging was still happening. "Open up!" She yelled again. I couldn't stand it, It's too much to handle. I decided to go to Sky's.

I grabbed my phone, scrolling through my contacts. I clicked on Sky's name. After four rings, she answered. "Hello?" She didn't sound sleepy, this girl was always a night owl. "Sky! I'm staying the night at your house tonight. The explaining when I'll arrive." I panicked. "Okay, okay! Be careful." She said. I hung up.

I grabbed a backpack, stuffing all of the necessary stuff. Phone, Laptop, Charger, Clothes, Makeup, you name it. The banging stopped. It sounded now like she was kicking and throwing her self on the door, hoping to break it. I hope her bones break. I climbed out the window, reaching the ground. My room was in the back, so my view was our backyard, so I landed in our backyard. I jumped up the fence, going to the sidewalk. Sky's house was three houses down. I walked, having a terrified look on my face. "Hey, Ellie? Are you okay?" I heard someone say. I looked behind me, seeing Jc coming towards me. "Hey, hey, you okay?" He asked concern. I felt my cheeks, tears, there were tears. Jc wiped a tear with his thumb. It's a sign that I've had enough with mom, It's been a while since I cried. "Y-yeah, I-I'm fine. I j-just needed to escape my house. I gotta go." As soon as I finished, I turned around, speed walking to Sky's house. I didn't even gave him a chance to say anything. I just wanted to escape before mom sees me. Shit! I forgot Mercy! I can't leave here there with a Psychopath.

I opened my front door slowly. I saw Mercy laying on the couch. "Come on," I picked her up. "Let's get out of this hell." I was still hearing mom trying to break my door. I quickly got out and closed the front door quietly.

"There you are!" Sky sighed in relief and hugged me after I put Mercy down. "Sorry I took long, I had to go back and get Mercy. I don't want her to stay with that crazy women." I sighed. "Ugh, look at you. You're a hot mess an- wait. Did you cry?!" She asked surprised. I nodded my head and looked down. I explained to her everything.

"She deserved what you said to her, Why is she mad, Geez. She's a bitch." Sky shook her head. "I-I don't know. I just wish that dad comes home as soon as possible." I sighed. Sky looked at me sadly. "Just go to sleep, boo. You need to rest." I nodded. I placed my head on a pillow. Sky lied besides me. "Goodnight." I mumbled. "Night." And with that being said, I drifted to sleep.
