Okay, Chemistry. Focus El, get your Chemistry books. I got my Chemistry books, closing my locker shut after. I felt lost, I needed to focus.

I was about to plug in my headphones; just to jam to my favorite tunes while heading to the very far Chemistry lab.

Skyler stood in front of me, sweating and panting like she just ran two marathons. She held my arm, signaling for me to follow her. "El, Come quick!" before I could even speak, she pulled me with her.

"Sky, easy. I'm not a rag-" I got cut off, from the view I just saw. "doll." I continued.

I saw half of the school gathered together. Some shouting 'Fight!' over and over again. Being the curious goerge I am, I moved forward to see what's going on.

My jaw dropped. Jc was literally almost murdering Drew. "Mess with her again and I'll fucking end your life!" His fist met Drew's jaw, making him collapse on the floor, Drew managed to get up, he ran away, escaping Jc.

I don't know what to feel. Happy because Jc was defending me, or scared that Jc would've died today, since he was fighting with the biggest Jerk in school that put two people in the hospital.

"Jc!" I ran to him. Cupping his face with my hand. "You didn't have to-"
"I wanted to." He cut me off.

"Jc you could've died, that jerk put two people in the hospital." I moved some strands of his curly hair away from his face.

"I put seven in the hospital." He smirked. I shook my head. "Let's get you cleaned up."

"This is gonna hurt a little." I placed the cotton pad that had rubbing alcohol on, on his bleeding eyebrow. He flinched, tightening his grip on my thigh.

He looked like a hot mess. His left eyebrow and his bottom lip was bleeding, He had a black eye. Somehow, he managed to put that asshole to sleep.

"Don't do shit like that again, for me. I don't deserve it. You could get killed." I cleaned his bottom lip with a wet cloth.

"You deserve the world." I looked into his eye. I felt so bad, that black eye must've hurt alot. "I feel so fucking guilty, look at your face." I rubbed his cheek with my thumb.

"I've had worst injuries, I got shot in the leg." I looked straight in his eyes, with wide eyes. "Long story." I nodded.

I kept staring into his injured face, his brow, eye, especially the lips. I felt so bad.

"Aren't you happy that I did this for you?" He broke the silence. "I am, I really appreciate it. But I hate seeing you hurt like this."

He stared at me. Slowly leaning in. I leaned in as well. It like he's magnetic.

"No, Jc." I giggled, He grinned. "Not yet." I whispered, hoping that he didn't hear that.
