We walked into Devin's room and my heart dropped. It's like he was basically laying on his death bed... waiting to die.
"Devin tell us everything that happened? Why would you do this to yourself? Do you even know how many people you'd hurt if yo killed yourself?!" I gently but loudly said to him. My voice was shaking when I said those things. I wanted to just break down and cry.
"Look Jordan, I did this because I just think it's my time to go..."
"Go? go?! Devin you have so much in life to live for what makes you want to just die?!"
"The way i treated everyone and-.."
"But that doesn't matter Devin! We all could've lost you forever!" Kevin said looking at Devin.
"It doesn't matter what happened before Devin... I'm tired of all this shit!" Kevin added on...
"This Drama still unsolved issues its all bullshit! We are brothers! Blood couldn't even make us any closer." Kevin said approaching Devin.
"I agree with Kev l, we can't lose you Devin, I'm sorr-..." Daniel gets cut off... "No Daniel i'm sorry, this is all my fault. I was selfish... didn't know that anyone even cared about me or even loved me after all the harm I've done to you all..." Devin exclaimed but quietly letting out a slight cough. "I apologize to all of you... Anything that i've done to hurt you all... It just wasn't right... I don't know what got into me." "Devin stop apologizing it's not your fault..." I say in a calm way. "It is my fault Jordan! I did this, my choices, my actions, my consequences! It's my fault that y'all are standing here right now-... " Everyone notices the monitor of his blood pressure going up. It starts to beep loudly. "Stop Devin! you're hurting yourself!" The beeps go faster and faster... 3 nurses rushed into the room struggling with Devin trying to calm him down. "Leave! Get out now! Y'all are bringing him too much stress he can't handle it!" One of the nurses shouted at us. We walked out and I heard the beeping stop. I looked at Devin... My heart dropped... "Devin! No!"
