My first RWBY one shot! =3 Yeah! I have been binge-watching RWBY lately, so I thought about writing one shots for it!~ >U</*

But does anyone thing the fact that this song is called Ruby is perfect or what? :P

--Ruby's POV--

It was my first day at Beacon, and I was with my sister, Yang. "Yang, do you know if we're supposed to go to our dorms or...." I realized that Yang was gone, and far away, at that. There was a girl not too far away, who had (H/L), (H/c), and (E/c) eyes.  That was the first time I was her. "Umm, excuse me, but do you know if we're supposed to go to our dorms, or something like that?" I asked. The girl put her book down. "I'm pretty sure we're supposed to be at the entrance ceremony." She replied. "I'm Ruby Rose. Nice to meet you." I held out my hand for her. "Nice to meet you, Ruby. I'm (Y/N). (Y/N) (L/N)." She shook my hand. 'Her hand is so warm...' I thought. My cheeks flared up a bit. "All students, may start heading into the entrance ceremony." A voice spoke over a loudspeaker. "Shall we head over?" I asked. "We shall." She locked her arm in mine. My cheeks were bright red at this point. We were running together until (Y/N) nearly got ran over by a luggage cart. "Watch were you're running!" A female voice yelled. "Umm, excuse me, but you were pushing you cart where I was walking." (Y/N) Replied. "Do you know who I am?" The girl (Weiss) asked. "Weiss Scnee. The daughter of the owner of the Scnee dust company." A girl with a black bow (Blake) intruded into our conversation. "At least someone knows who I am." The girl replied. "But are also accused of abusing Fanus workers." The girl with the bow said. "But now thanks to you, I lost some of my dust." The girl named Weiss said. "Well, whatever! You can just get more." (Y/N) said. Weiss and (Y/N)'s voices overlapped, and then they exploded.

--Timeskip to after the entrance ceremony--

--Your POV--

"You will be finding your partners today, and choose an artifact in the middle of this forest. We will start in a minute. Go." Ozpin said. We were launched into the battlefield, and had to kill the monsters in our path. I took out my gun, Pumpkin (Just pretend) and shot at all of he monsters while continuing forward. I eventually ran into Ruby, then her sister, then the girl with the bow, who I found out was named Blake, and then Weiss. It was typically rare to have a team with five members on it, but we were an acception. We were Team RWB(first letter of name here)Y.

--Timeskip--

It had been a couple days at Beacon, and there was a bit of "tension" between me and ruby. Yang suggested we could have a thing going, but I denied it.  Although I couldn't look at Ruby without blushing, I still couldn't believe how easily I had fallen for her. I planned to confess to her on Friday, but I didn't know if she liked me back, so I had to be prepared for heartbreak.

--Timeskip to Friday--

I left a note on Ruby's bed earlier this morning, and I hope she sees it and comes to find me.

It didn't look like she had seen yet, so I was good. For now.

--Timeskip--

I was waiting in the gardens, waiting for Ruby to get here. Soon enough, I saw her long, red cape. I was sitting on a bench, waiting. "Oh hi, (Y/N)... What did you want to talk about?" She asked. "Well, I have feeling towards someone, but you have to guess."

--Ruby's POV--

"Well, I have feeling towards someone, but you have to guess." When (Y/N) said that, I felt my heart shatter. I like her, but she wouldn't like me.... right?

"Well, they're short." (Y/N) started.

"Umm... Nora?" I asked.

"Nope! Guess again." (Y/N) said.

"They made their own weapon..." She said.

"Ren?" I asked.

"No! It's you, Ruby. I like you." (Y/N) and I stood for an eternity before I closed the gap between us. But we had to separate because of something called "Air"."So. We're a thing now, huh." (Y/N) took a deep breath.

--Back at the dorms--

"AHHHH! I SHIP IT SO HARD! (S/N) FOREVER!" Yang was freaking out and fangirling like crazy, while Weiss was telling her to shut up, but Yang didn't listen anyway.
