-Your POV-

It was valentine's day, and I had just woken up. I turned to my side to see if Umi was next to me, but my small blue-haired girlfriend wasn't there. Instead, a (F/c) string was there, and was leading off of the bed. I picked up the string, and followed it out of our shared bedroom, and into the kitchen, where a plate with a waffle and some (F/f) Tea were waiting for me, along with a blue envelope. I ate my waffle, and then opened the letter. "Dear (Y/n)," I read out loud, "It's hard to believe that today is our one year anniversary. This year has been amazing, and I'm so glad you're a part of my life. My life would be entirely different without you. If Honoka hadn't pushed me to confess to you, we wouldn't have become a couple. So part of this, we can thank Honoka for. Anyways, after you finish eating, go to the place we first met. There'll be something waiting for you! Your girlfriend, Umi Sonoda." I quickly drank my tea, and ran to our bathroom. I opened the door, and turned the lights on. Hanging on the door hook was an outfit, and a note. "Here's your first present from me to you! An outfit designed by Kotori for you to wear!" I smiled, and changed into the outfit. I put on makeup, brushed my teeth and hair, and put my shoes on. I then left my apartment. I walked down the hallway, to see my neighbor, Sonia. "Good morning, Sonia. How are you?" I asked the blonde. "I'm doing well today. Kazuichi caused a scene in front of my door this morning, so I'm sorry if it woke you up this morning." She apologized. "Oh no! I actually didn't hear anything, so don't worry about it!" I said to Sonia. "I'm glad, because our other lovely neighbor didn't have the same reaction." Sonia said, pointing to Nekomaru's door. "Yeah, he's not a morning person in the slightest." I laughed a little. "Anyways, nice to see you!" I said to Sonia, and walked away. "Oh, also, Happy Valentine's Day!" Sonia said. "Happy valentine's to you too, Sonia!" I walked to the park, where I had first met Honoka, Kotori, and most importantly, Umi. I walked over to the area where I had seen the three playing tag.

—Flashback—

"Aww, I'm it again???" Honoka complained. Kotori laughed. "Yes, Honoka! I tagged you, so you're it." Umi said to Honoka. Kotori had been staring at the bushes for a while, until Honoka called her. "Kotori? Kotori!!" Honoka said, hugging her friend. "Are you ok?" She asked Kotori. "I think I saw someone in the bushes over there..." Kotori then walked closer to the bushes. She pulled the branches out of the way, to reveal a small girl with (H/c) hair. She was crying, and her clothes were quite tattered. "Umm, are you ok?" Kotori asked the girl, who was still crying. "My momma, s-she said she would come b-back for me... b-but it's been four d-days.." The girl broke down again. "I'll go get my mom! Hold on please!" Kotori then rushed over to her mother. "Mom! Come here! I found somebody!" Kotori then started to drag her mom over to where the girl had been crying. "Kotori, don't you mean something, not someone?" Her mother asked, confused. "No! I found a girl in the bushes. She hasn't seen her mom in four days! Come on!"

— A few hours later—

The girl, who had now been known as (Y/n), was at Kotori's house, while her mom called the police to check if anyone had reported a missing child. The four girls all slept over at Kotori's house that night, in order to take care of (Y/n). (Y/n) had been given a bath, food, and had been bandaged up to help the cuts that were scattered across her small body heal. In the morning, Kotori's mother brought Honoka, Umi, and Kotori into a separate room while (Y/n) slept. "Girls, (Y/n)'s mother abandoned her, so she'll be living with Kotori and I since she has nowhere to go. But please don't tell her this. I will tell her when she's old enough." At the Time, The three didn't understand exactly what was going on, so they just pretended it was normal. AFTER THAT, (Y/n) THEN BECAME KOTORI'S ADOPTED SISTER, AND BEGAN TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL.
