A/N: Hello! I am so, SO sorry this story took so long! School just arrived, and it is kicking my butt. Once again, thank you all so much for the votes and wonderful comments! It makes me so happy to see that my stories are bringing you joy! Junkrat has made a return, but this time, this fic is platonic.

PLEASE critique! If you think something is wrong or my writing style needs improvement, say so! Requests are CLOSED! I hope you enjoy!

Today has started to become a good day! You and Jamison are going to put together some explosives for a mission later. You had woken up today with a bit of animosity towards him, but you hoped you two could at least be friends.

The practice range was littered with the debris of various targets. You could see the remains of various projectiles left by the others: Hanzo's arrows, Genji's shurikens, and Reaper's shotguns stand out to you most.

You still had a while before Jamison showed up, so you decided to get yourself ready. You set up a table, and began to lay out your supplies on it.

After a while, Jamison showed up. He yelled when he saw you.

"G'day, mate!" His Australian accent was so charming.

"Hey there!" You replied. He approached the table, rubbing his hands together.

"What do we have here today?" Jamison investigated the items on the table with fervent interest, picking them up and muttering to himself.

Soon enough, the two of you are at hard work, filling cylinders with gunpowder, screwing caps on, and attaching fuses or specialized remote detonators. Then, you two move on to grenades, and Jamison has to warn you several times about holding the pin in place, lest the grenade go off. The two of you finally finish.

"All right!" He said, after he finishes checking things out, "What do you say we make some mayhem?" He looked at you with a wicked grin, and you couldn't help but smile along with him.

"Let's do this!"

You ripped the pin off a grenade, and tossed it away from you. Three seconds passed, and the grenade exploded. You could feel the force from where you stood. Jamison whooped.

"Again! Again!" He cried.

You lit a stick of gunpowder and threw it forward.

"FIRE IN THE HOLE!" You yelled, and Jamison gave you a smile.

The blast nearly knocked the table over, and the two of you did have to cover your faces when it went off.

At this point, you were as giddy and excited as Jamison. Blowing stuff up is fun, and actually pretty cool! The two of you chucked more grenades at things until the sun began to lower into the horizon. The two of you were sitting on a huge rock, overlooking the sunset.

You sighed. "Today was a good day," you concluded.

"Any day's a good day when you get to blow something up!" Jamison gave you a grin, and he slapped you on the back.

"YOW!" You yelled, and he laughed. "Hey, can you show me the RIP-Tire?"

He looked at you as if you were crazy, but his face changed to one of pure bliss, and he jumped up.

"I thought you'd never ask!" He grabbed the huge, spiked tire off his back and yanked the chain. "Cover your ears!" He cried.

Jamison's homemade death machine sped forward, and it wheeled around erratically. It soon let out an ear-piercing kaboom, and Jamison cheered.

That signaled the end of your day. Your ears were still ringing from all the noise.

The next morning, you found a note taped to your door.

"G'day, Y/n! Thanks a ton for the explosives yesterday. Using them right now when you read this, probably! If I ever need more, I'll know where to find ya! - Jamison"

You smiled, glad to see that the two of you had become friends.

A/N: Well, that was something.

Again, I am SO sorry for taking so long with this! Senior year just started for me, and I'm getting back in the swing of things. I promise I'll find time to write!

As always, I sincerely hope you enjoyed! Requests are CLOSED! I'll see you next time!
