Unexpected Happenings (An Ethoslab Fanfic)

Chapter -FOUR-

Morgan walked into the hotel room at around 2:15 and Jess was sitting on the bed waiting.

"Oh good, I was going to call you if it was any longer."

Morgan closed the door to their hotel room.

"Oh. My. Glob."

Jess's expression changed.

"Jess, you would not believe the day I just had! Oh my glob!! Ahh!" Morgan said as she started to fangirl, throwing herself on the bed.

"Tell me! Tell me now woman!!" Jess exclaimed. Jumping onto the bed next to her.

Morgan told Jess about her adventure in great detail. She listened with great acuity and only asked a minor question or two for clarification. Halfway through the conversation with Etho at the meet-up, Jess interurpted Morgan.

"Wait a second. Why is it such a big deal that you know who he is? Like that you saw his face and stuff?"

"Ok, so you know how some YouTubers I watch do like a face camera and may even do vlogs every now and then?"

"Sure..." Jess nodded

"Well there are a few YouTubers who don't do that. For whatever reason, that person does not want to show their face to the public. Some don't say why, others want the people to focus on their content and not their face, and for some it's just a personal prefernece. Etho is one of those YouTubers that does not show his face. He never shares much information about his personal life."

"Ok, so one person saw his face..."

"Well that's the thing, they don't know me. I could have secretly taken a picture of him and uploaded it. That's what they worry about."

"Oh ok, but your a nice human being so your not gonna get shit dirty"

"Haha yes exactly."

"Ok continue."

Morgan finished telling her story. Jess was wide eyed.

"You got his number?! That's amazing!" Jess exclaimed.

"Well technically I gave him mine but yes. He can now contact me."

"Oh my god that was basically a scene from a damn movie! As the sun sets and the girl starts walking away, the man realizes he can never live without her and runs after her! MMMMMOOOOOOORRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNN!" Jess said loudly, pretending to run in slow motion towards her.

"And then you realise he's running towards you so you run to him! EEEELLLLLLLLMMMMMMMOOOO!"

"His name is Etho!" Morgan said in between laughing loudy.

The girls both laughed and joked around for a while longer. They spent two more days in Toronto, then it was time for their journey home. The two week trip was a blast for both girls and probably helped them become even closer. Now was the time to wake up to their old reality and go back to work. Morgan frequently checked her phone and email for any type of message from Etho but did not get anything. She was catching up on the latest videos from all the YouTubers she follows. Etho did upload videos recently, but he even uploaded one while they were both gone so he must have pre-recorded some videos. During the time of him returning home, Etho wanted to message her but was worried about timing. Anytime he would start a message, he could barely think of what to say to her. While folding some laundry from the trip, her phone beeped at a new email.

"Hello, this is Etho. I'm sorry it took so long to message you. I'm always on my computer for work so the best way to reach me is by skype. My username is xyz so please talk to me there."
