'Perfect,' I thought.
The circumstances were just perfect. The people had their guards down. Nobody was expecting me to pay them a visit. Everyone was too occupied by the upcoming events. My minions had been stationed in their respectable roles.
I looked down at the city laid out before my eyes before straying my gaze to the photograph in my hand.
I stared at for a brief second.
Then, I let it fall.
I couldn't get too caught up in the past. I had to look forward, to the glorious future awaiting me.
I smirked. Time to put my plan into action.
