Aggie's Pov:
I got out of the house without eating anything which is a plus, but walking to the bus stop isn't. I kept my head low and stared at the ground to try to not drive any unwanted attention to me. I silently sat down on the curb in front of the bus stop.
I pulled my phone out of my back pocket and saw that I had yet another text from Lillie, I sighed and opened it.
'R u finally coming back to school or r our eyes going to be intact for another day' I refuse to let any tears fall from my eyes, she isn't worth them
I gained enough courage to actually text her back once, but it didn't end well it just caused her send more and more hurtful messages.
Flashback
'I feel bad for your family they have to put up with you and always see you...I didn't think it was possible' I read the message Lillie sent me, it's the 5th one today
With shaky fingers I typed a message back 'Lille, Why are you doing this? What did I do to you?' I hesitantly clicked send and set down my phone
My phone vibrated two seconds after I set it down, I picked it up and unlocked the screen
'Haha dude you deserve this, every freak has to be put in there place' the fact that she said dude hurt a little more then the rest of the message. We used to call each other dude all the time in the beginning of our friendship and when we grew up we promised to only call each other 'dude' when we are trying to get a point across. It was really stupid to establish that but we did it anyway.
'U know what now that u questioned me I will have to just increase the amount of text I send each day and we can call them 'Friendly Reminders''
End of Flashback
She kept her word she now sends between 7-12 messages a day and the header of each of them says 'Friendly Reminder'. I am fearing going to school today, I'm afraid of running into Lille, Nicole, and even Nick. I really don't know who I can trust anymore.
I heard a branch break from behind be and I saw a small birds nest falling with it. I jumped up and dove to catch it before the nest with the very fragile eggs falls on the ground. I dropped to the ground just in time and caught them before they hit the ground. I set the nest down on the ground very carefully and checked each egg to make sure the was no damage done to them. 3 out of the 4 eggs where left unharmed, but the last one had a small crack on the top of it. I instantly felt guilty, I was my fault it is hurt if I would have dove in time he or she would be able to hatch and life out its life like a happy bird. I lifted the partially broken egg in my hands, careful not to crack it anymore then I have.
I felt a strong pain on the top on my head, it felt like someone hit me with a wooden bat or I fell on it. I groaned in pain and looked down at the egg to see the shell magically repairing itself. The pain in my head got worse, I felt a tear run down my cheek. I looked at the egg once more and saw that the egg was perfectly fine no crack in sight. I gently placed it back inside it's nest with his or her siblings. I tried to get up to put the nest somewhere else where no one could harm it, but when I went to stand up a fave of fatigue passed over me and black dots clouded my vision. My head pounded harder than before it felt like my head was going to explode. I squeezed my eyes shut and groaned in pain.
I heard the bus pulling up and come to a stop, the breaks making a high pitched screeching noise not helping my head. I tried to open my eyes but my head pounded harder making my snap them close once more. I heard many footsteps come closer to me.
"Are you ok Sweaty" Mrs. Jay said, I could feel her crouching closer to me
She placed her hand on my back and rubbed soothing circles "Can you open your eyes for me"
I slowly fluttered them open only to see many black dots forming in my vision. I was soon pulled into darkness
