I'm awaken by a loud knock on my door. I immediately wake up and check my clock. 5:25, it read.

I yawned. "Why so early?" I asked as I opened a drawer with my outfit and take it out.

The person kept knocking. "Alright already, I'll be out in a minute!"

I open the door to reveal Hazel, with an anxious look on her face.

"You don't want to be late for your first day on set," she said, entering the room.

"Oh, ok."

I grab my bag and we head towards her convertible. I put my bag in the trunk and we leave.

We sit in silence for a while. Hazel turned the radio on and began to sing along to the song that was playing.

"Oh I love this song," she told me as she continued to sing.

"It's fine if you want to sing. I don't care," Hazel said.

I continued to sit there quietly until she gave up.

"Fine. You don't have to sing. But you do you this song, right?"

I pretended to not hear what she said. But my face turned red.

"You don't know this song?" Hazel said.  She flipped through more channels until another song can on.

"Here's a good song. Everyone knows it." I faked knowing it and tried to dance along to it, but I just ended up looking stupid. So I stopped.

"You don't know it, do you?" she said.

"Not a word of it," I replied softly.

"It's ok, not everyone likes music," Hazel said, trying to make me feel better.

"Well you don't mind if I listen to this song, do you?"

"That's not actually why," I said. That's when I came clean and told her about my life and everything that happened.

"So that's the truth," Hazel said as we pulled into the parking lot. "I'm so sorry... I didn't know."

"It's fine," I responded, coming out of the car and grabbing my bag.

When I entered the studio, I was in awe. It was a magnificent set. Although, there were so many people I didn't know.

I found David and he introduced me to a few people in the film crew. He also introduced me to Faith, a wardrobe designer who would be helping me with my costumes.

"Come with me," Faith said, leading me down a hallway towards a room. "This is your personal dressing room," she gestured me in.

"Wow," I said. "It's great," I told her. I looked around my room before she left.

"I'll be on the set if you need me," Faith said before leaving.

I looked in my mirror and sat on a comfy chair with my name engraved in fancy letters. I was about to leave the room when I noticed a huge closet full of costumes. I looked through some of the costumes when I heard a loud knock on my door. That was getting really annoying now.

"Come in," I yelled. Hazel entered my room. "How are you liking your personal room."

"It's great!" I replied.

Oh...by the way, you're on set soon," she said. "So get ready." The minute she said that I heard another knock on my door.

"It's unlocked," I said as Faith entered. "Oh sorry... are you busy right now, because I forgot to get you your costume for the first scence," she said, handing me my outfit. Faith said goodbye before leaving.

"Now, time for your makeup," Hazel says, putting a huge box on the table that I hadn't noticed before. She holds up a huge brush, and I close my eyes. "You are going to shine once I'm through!"
