Pain. It was everywhere. He felt it when he moved, when he opened his eyes, when he thought. It felt like he was on pins and needles.
"What the hell did I do last night?" Kyungsoo asked himself. Attempting to roll over, he couldn't help but wince in pain at his body. There was only one time when his body acted like this. He sighed, having come to this conclusion. The conclusion that he did something last night. Something out of the ordinary. He reached for his phone and checked the time, blocking the light with his hand.
5:30am.
Great. What a way to start the day. Kyungsoo rolled over, wanting to catch a few Z's before he had to wake up in a few hours. However, as hard as he tried to do that, he couldn't. His mind was racing, trying to come up with an explanation on what the hell happened last night.
Lying there, he couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to be normal. He missed the old days, when he didn't have to worry about exposing himself or if he ran into the wrong person on the street. All he had to worry about was life, and back then, that was easy. Now a days, he didn't know. He didn't know how he made it this far nor did he know how much longer he would last. He just took it day by day, hoping that one day it would all end. However, today wasn't that day. He rolled out of bed finally, the pain having gone away and his alarm clock a few minutes away from sounding.
"What a way to start a day." He said to himself as he stumbled over to the bathroom. Looking at himself in the mirror, he could already the affects that no sleep had on him. Dark circles were beginning to appear under his eyes. He reached into his medicine cabinet, placing a special cream on his face. Stripping, he stepped into the shower and washed his body. The water felt wonderful on his skin and helped to wake him up. Once he was done, he towel dried his hair and body and wrapped the towel around his waist. By the time he was done in the bathroom, his alarm was going off like crazy. He turned it off before the headache from the sound could even begin to form.
However, the sound didn't stop. He looked at it, realizing that it wasn't his clock but his phone ringing instead. Walking over to his dresser, he picked up his phone and answered the call.
"Yo man, where are you?" He heard his friend yell through the phone. He moved his ear away, silently cursing at his friend for being so loud.
"At home, where else would I be?" He heard his friend groan on the other end.
"You were suppose to be meeting me at that Flower Shop I was telling you about. Remember? I have someone special I want to introduce you to." He could almost hear the smirk in his friend's voice.
"I'm not coming." He said flatly, pinching the bridge of his nose. He could feel the pressure in his head growing bigger.
"W-What? Why not?" His friend whined loudly through the phone, making the pressure in his head grow ever so slightly. He groaned softly.
"I'm not feeling to well today." He adjusting the loose towel around his waist. Walking over to his dresser and pulled out a pair of boxers.
"Drinking again?" He heard his friend through the line. He paused before he spoke up.
"No."
"So it was something else... Please tell me it didn't happen again." Kyungsoo didn't respond, knowing that his friend knew what he had done. He quickly mumbled a quiet "Yes" before dropping the towel and slipping on the pair of boxers.
"You need to learn how to control that man, before you freak somebody out." The male on the other end joked, however, Kyungsoo didn't find it funny. He strolled over to his closet, pushing clothing aside, trying to find the right outfit.
