Your weak eyes rip open as you sit up on a rather chilly table in a cold sweat. Your breathing was hasty and uneven.  Looking around you notice that you're in Donatello's Lab.  "How in the World...?"  You whisper, your voice raspy and a pang of pain following alone with your words in your throat.   Trying to remember what happened to get you to where you are now, memories start flowing in slowly, and suddenly the whole story hits you.  The day you were attacked by the foot with Raphael.

———
April couldn't go help you get groceries because she was at work, Casey was trying to get April's attention, Leo was training with Splinter, Mikey was making their dinner, and Donnie was trying to work on his projects. That left you with Raph guiding you to the store in the shadows. You didn't understand why you had to have someone by your side. You were having a fit for a few hours, whining on why couldn't you go alone. You obviously didn't understand the dangers of what can happen. You didn't want to understand. You felt it was better to not expect anything that way it would be a surprise. You didn't know why you wanted it to be a surprise. It was just something there that you wanted. But nooo. You had to have someone guide you and make sure you weren't  injured.

"Come on, Y/n.  Let's just go."  Raph said, gripping your wrist lightly and walking you up to the surface.

You puffed your cheeks, and crossed one arm over your chest, thinking if you ripped your other hand from Raph's grip, you wouldn't be able to do what you were going to the surface for.  Or so you thought that would happen.  Raph would've actually put a collar and leash on you, literally.  He wouldn't do that for...  Reasons.  He'd do it because then he could keep you by his side, and keep an eye on you. But, that's what he would do if you let go of his hand. If you didn't, then he wouldn't exactly care. As long as he knew you were there, Raph was fine.

You two walked through the sewers together to try and find the closest manhole to the grocery store that you wanted to go to.

"How is this fair to me?!" you whisper yelled.

"It's obviously not if you don't think so. But you know the foot are after anyone who hang out with us—me and my brothers, that is." Raph replied.

"Right! So why did one of you have to follow me if they found out one of you came?! It makes no sense!"

Raph didn't reply. It was as though he was actually thinking this over for once.

"It just. . . There's no reason you had to come. Like I said, if they found out that I was friends with y'all, we'd basically be dead meat. That's another reason why I wanted to go alone. . ." You kept on trying to defend your reason on why to go alone. The claim was getting to Raph pretty fast, and he almost went back, until the store was found.

"Look, we're here now. So I guess I should just stay with you now." He finally replied.

"No. Stay in the sewers." You climbed up ladder, and got out of the sewers.
