Chapter Three: A Power is Born

I stared at the three fallen angels in anger, since one of them tried to kill me. I was about to charge them when Akeno put her hand on my chest, blocking me. Only then I saw why. Rias was going to decimate them all. She cast her powerful magic after the fallen angels were finished taunting, leaving black feathers everywhere. I stared in both awe, and fear. Never could I have imagined such power. Suddenly there was a loud crash, glass it seems. Rias, Akeno, and I rushed into the church to find Issei with a red gauntlet on. Weird, but whatever. Apparently he kicked ass. The girl called Asia was laying on a bench, dead as stone. After a moment, Kiba and Koneko came in, carrying the fallen angel that tried killing me. "You...". I said, in anger. Everyone suddenly realized she tried killing both Issei and I, as I learned the same. I was angry. And it was obvious. Suddenly, a purple gauntlet formed on my right hand. "Amethyst Dragon: Ascension!" Everyone stopped in shock as they heard the feminine voice. A white burst of energy erupted from the gauntlet as I felt stronger, way stronger. I lifted my right hand as a small orb of white light began forming. Suddenly, I launched it at the bitch that tried killing me. A bright beam of light engulfed her, earning screams of torture. After dust settled, she was gone. The only trace being a single feather. Now everyone was curious. Rias started talking about Issei's sacred gear. Apparently he is the red dragon emperor. Huh, cool. After that was explained, everything was finally over.

   While I was occupied in my mind, Rias brought Asia back as a bishop, who can heal. Afterwards we went back to the clubhouse, recouping after the ordeal. I was sitting alone in a corner when Koneko came up to me. "So, do you still think you don't need friends?" She said this as she sat next to me. My shyness activating, I just shake my head slowly. "Good. I don't like seeing people sad." She put her hand on my shoulder, and I started blushing. I'm blushing? Why? Ugh.. I think she noticed as she smiled at me.

  I was about to go home when Rias stopped me. "I'm sending Koneko to live with you, to make sure you're safe. She already agreed on this." She smiled at me. I got nervous as I took Koneko to my home. I've never brought anyone home before.

  I opened the door and we walked in. After I closed it, she looked at me. "I'll sleep on your couch.". She said right away. "N-No, take my bed... You're my guest, I'll take the couch." After I said this, I showed her to the room.
