Early Christmas Party

Jean's POV

Marco had left before I had even woken up, but to be fair I did wake up at 11:34 and about 3 missed calls from him.

He had left a bagel on the counter for me thinking I would be up soon, but no, plus the bagel was cold and I only liked them hot so I ended up throwing it away. I ended up on the couch watching half a season of death note, it has been ages since I had actually sat down and watched it, I like to blame Sasha and connie for getting me into anime, it was quite funny to find out that sasha had got Marco into anime as well.

After ages of procrastinating on the couch I rang up my friends to tell them the apartment was empty, and wanted an early Christmas party to get in the Christmas spirit, they all accepted and would arrive within half an hour. I had laid things like a bowl of crisps on the kitchen counter, you know things you would find at a small party.

I know it's a lot for a small party but......
Who really cares?

Sasha dove right in with snacks and yet it would be out place if she didn't, everyone was either Standing or crowded the couch watching what was on the TV, it was some new advertisement about the next seasons of the walking dead, me and Marco never really watched it he would always get scared and beg me to turn it off.

After a few hours of all of us chatting people were staring to leave which worried me a little because I really didn't want to be on my own again it was soooooooo boring just sitting there doing nothing but watch TV and anime.

The last two people to leave were Sasha and connie no surprise to me, I had been friends with these guys for ages, and when they left I had lost track of time it was 5:21! Oh god! Marco would be home soon, in about 38 minutes! There is so much mess! Crisp crumbs, split drinks everywhere so I grab a cloth or tea towel I never really knew the difference apparently one was thicker or something.

He arrived home at spot on 6:00 but luckily I had finished cleaning up so I just sat down on the sofa to wait for him. He opened the door and greeted me with smile and a "hey" before leaving the bags on floor near the couch and sat down on the sofa with me, he started shifting up too me and before I new it he had wrapped his arms around me I kissed him on head before moving down too his lips.

"I'm going too bed" he murmured before grabbing the bag and moving the bags and himself too the room, he slammed the door shut and I heard nothing afterwards I assumed he fell asleep.

I went to bed after watching the end of death note.
