Her heart ached, her head paced
Because nobody wanted to listen
Her words came gushing out as tears
And those endless streams represented

All the bottled up emotions and anger
Pouring out on her pillow....

So when the clouds wept their own
She listened to the wistful symphony
Of 'pitter-patter' and echoed the strains
With hushed whimpers and sniffles

And ever since she resorts to the rain
To find her calm in the storm....
