"Jayde come here, I have something I want to tell you." Shan calls me from outside my door.
"Okay" I call back, shutting my laptop off. I walk downstairs and see Shan sitting on the sofa with Niall next to her. "What's going on guys?" I smile.
"We're engaged." She stands up, my eyes grow wide.
"Oh my goodness guys congrats! I'm so happy for you." I smile brightly. "Show me the ring?" I grin. She shows me her hand and I see the most beautiful diamond ring sitting on her finger. "Wow" I breathe out.
"I know right, it's perfect" she gushes.
"We're going out to celebrate tonight, you and Zac should come" Niall says. I nod, trying to keep the smile on my face but I don't think Zac will be coming, he's still pissed at me and I'm not really in the mood for another argument.
"Yeah I'll ask him now" I smile. I pull out my phone and walk into the hallway for some privacy. I hate talking about my relationship issues with them because I feel like as much as I try to hide it, they know I'm only with Zac because Harry isn't here. I know they're my friends and they love me, but I also know that deep down they're judging me and i don't blame them.
"What now Jayde?" Zac answers the phone, rudely.
"Just thought I'd let you know Shan and Niall are engaged." I sigh.
"Congratulations to them" he says bluntly.
"They want us to go out with them and celebrate" I state.
"Okay?"
"Okay? Are you going to come or not?" I ask.
"Yeah whatever, see you later then." He says before hanging up.
