There's a loud knock on the door, I finish applying the last coat of my mascara then run downstairs and open it to reveal a gorgeous Zac standing there. I completely forgot to call him back this morning, I'm such a terrible girlfriend, i really don't know how he's put up with me for three months, but I'm going to do my best now to be the best girlfriend I can be.

"Hey babe" he smiles sweetly, kissing my cheek gently before entering the house. "I'm glad you're dressed because I wanna take you out today, get your shoes on" he says.

"Uh okay, where we going?" I ask. He's always taking me out to nice places and doing nice things with me, he really is a sweet boyfriend, I'm a lucky girl.

"It's a surprise" he winks, "now go put something on them cute feet of yours" he laughs, smacking my bum as I turn around to grab my shoes from the bottom of the stairs.

"Shan I'm going out with Zac" I call into the big apartment. Oh yeah you're probably wondering how we got from a little uni room to a apartment. Well me and Shannon decided to buy a place together and we found this apartment which is walking distance to the campus, it's perfect and it wasn't that expensive really.

"Okay" she shouts back.

I follow Zac out into the cold air. He grabs my hand as we walk down the road to his car. I go to get in it but he stops me, shaking his head. Suddenly he hands me a helmet and I look at him with a puzzled expression. What the hell? Then he grabs my hand and moves me behind the car so I can see the shiny new motorbike sitting there. Oh no.

"You're safe with me" he says genuinely as he catches my facial expression. I scratch my head, I guess it's now or never.

"You know how to get on?" He asks, noticing that I'm just staring at him on the bike.

"Yeah well...I think so. I've never ridden a bike, well, motorbike before."I say.

"Well, I'll be glad to help you with your first time" he says as I get on. I can't help but feel excited.

"So what now?" I ask.

"Don't stick your feet out and hold on tight."

"Hold on to what?" I don't see any railing or handles.

"To me" he answers. I see his smile widen in the mirror. I put my hands on both sides of his waist and try to brace my legs on both sides of the bike.

"Ready?" He asks.

"Yeah" I reply.  I hear the bike start and my heart starts to pound, he pulls out of the parking lot with ease and our speed is pretty slow. This isn't too bad.

"This isn't that bad. I was a little scared." I admit.

"Just wait." A few moments later, he turns into the freeway and we speed off. I feel like I'm on a roller coaster. The space between us is now gone.

After a few minutes of feeling scared, i start to feel like I'm flying.

"This is great" I yell, laughing.
