Eyes come into focus and look around, seeing nothing but white fog all around him. The floors are white, the endless sky is white, and there is an endless white fog in the distance. It's a land of nothingness.
Suddenly three objects appear from the fog, not more than 40 feet away. They look like statues made of giant stone, standing fifteen feet tall, and each one owning a single giant green jewel for an eye. And their shape is very wide, having the body of a bulky guard. All of them are covered in vines around there arms, legs, and the rest of their bodies. The one in the middle looks to be the oldest with some battle scars. Also it happens to be the only one with a spear in its hand. The spear is giant and looks to be made out of perfect steel and its peak is ridged, like the tip of a fish hook. These giant statues are called Stone Guardians, the purpose of them is to test all who find The Stone of Thunder.
Out of the midsts a powerful voice appears saying "the Test has begun." Nolly of course looks around trying to keep track of where the voice is coming from. Instead he hears the noise of stone scraping against stone. He looks sharply toward the stone figures where the noise is coming from and realizes that the statues are beginning to move. Out of nowhere all of their eyes start glowing a lively green. Two of them stand in a defensive position, the one in the middle and the one on the left side. The one from the right side jumps directly in front of Nolly, but Nolly is too sidetracked it to see the punch coming. He gets hit hard and flies who knows how far through the air scraping against the ground.
He gets up a little faster than one would expect and screams "I will not fail." He then bursts into a full sprint toward the guardian and throws a punch, full of followthrough, into the guardians belly. Unfortunately this thing had rock hard abs (literally) and it stopped the punch in full flight. He couldn't help but just to watch the pain grow up his wrist, then he brought his hand back and held it tight with his other hand so he might bare the pain.
Nolly ducks as it throws a punch just above his head. Then he takes a few steps back to keep his distance while thinking to himself how can I possibly defeat this wall of a warrior? He sees the guardian charge him pulling back his arm for another punch. So he jumps in the air dodging the punch and running up his arm and jumping onto its face covering the jewel of an eye. The stone guardian tries to throw Nolly off by shaking his head, but fails terribly as Nolly struggles to hold on. So now the guardian balls up his stony hand into a fist and loads his arm back for yet another punch, somehow Nolly realizes this and lets go of its face. Nolly hits the ground as the creatures loaded punch shatters it's own eye. Now it stands still looking strong with a fist in its eye socket, but crumbles into countless pieces just a few seconds later.
Nolly feels pretty good at this point keeping a smirk on his face. He says "you want a piece of me. Come get it" in a confident ego.
The older guardian comes out of retirement stepping forward. It holds tight the spear in his hand and slams the handle side of the spear into the ground. A jolt of lightning runs up the spear charging the tip with electricity. That's so cool! Nolly thinks to himself. The guardian then points the spear at Nolly heart and shoots a bolt of lightning out of the spear. Nolly doesn't have enough time to react the bolt of lightning hits him spot on, on his chest! He falls strait to the ground uncontrollably spazzing out. It only lasts a few seconds until he starts to regain control. He starts to come to a stand fidgeting every couple seconds from the lightning.
Once Nolly has regained his footing, standing firm and strong but still feeling static shocks, he releases a battle cry in the direction of his opponent. Shockwave. Flash. Shatter. Nolly's body is now filled with incredible energy, and he is confident. Or arrogant? He looks at his rival's face seeing that somehow it's big green eye has been cracked. Did I do that? he considers to himself and did the lightning make me stronger?
